I am rejecting this response because:This isn't going to get resolved to any satisfaction because Priceline has my money and are not willing to compromise except by making me pay all the exuberant extra fees when my flights could have been cancelled the very next day when I called regarding the error I doubt they are even reading my response or even care to waste their time doing so They will continue with their scripted letters and scripted phone conversations by their reps, claim no supervisor is available...and then it's 100% consumer's fault? I don't think soI'm not the first consumer to complain and won't be the last Thought I could get assistance from the Revdex.com, but doesn't seem to be happeningI sure hope one day the *** can put a halt to their advertisement, dishonesty, deceitful, and unethical practices.If the *** and those entities that should be there to help the consumers continue to sit passively allowing businesses like Priceline to continue in their unethical and deceitful ways, it is more than a slap in the face to the consumer, added to the loss they are already undergoing. Unfortunately,most consumers would not think they need to record every step of their transaction for proof, I sure didn't and what I had still wasn't enough! But because Priceline has their so called confirmation after they have taken the consumer's (my) credit card info (or other payment), they succeed in retaining the consumer's funds and refuse to provide satisfactory resolution to complaintsI didn't need a full refund, but would of appreciated an appropriate compromise especially since I called the very next morningI know what days I need to be in *** *** for my conference and what day I need to be back in my office for work Three days difference from what I need and entered is big! I would have no need to request the dates Priceline confirmed me on! so if it wasn't Priceline's dishonest practices then there obviously was some type of "mistake", "glitch" and not necessarily 100% the consumer's fault without any involvement of Priceline but it's me the consumer who takes the big hit/loss Even computers make errors, I have seen it in the years of working with computers, banking systems, etcLook at our most recent issues with ***, *** and more I sure wish I could be the big whale and Priceline the little fish to see how they would like the reversed roles, but I'm just the little fish in the sea of manyHopefully many more consumer's will take their complaints a step further and together we can make a difference through the *** or any other entity who can make a difference. Obviously it appears Priceline is going to continue their cookie cutter/scripted responses, and excuses and reiterating what the airlines policies are, etc, and I don't need that, all that is meaningless because if they really were interested in righting this matter they could...THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO! Priceline doesn't want to do what even airlines do on rare occasionsPriceline is just refusing to take any fault and some financial loss if necessary in this matter specifically, and other complaints I have seenIf they can take enough interest in those that keep them in business, I have no need for the neitherThis is a hard lesson learned...don't trust Priceline but one that will not be forgotten.

I am rejecting this response because: this is deceptive advertisingThe allure of offering up a low price for a hotel that one cannot specifically select is entirely tied into the level of discount providedFor the discount to be less than 1/the advertised discount is deceptive, and makes the entire transaction a trapWhat if instead it had been only 5% off instead of 29%? At what point is the entire scheme a farce and a trap for the consumer from your perspective? I am sorry to have fallen prey to your deceptive practices, and disgusted that you will make no effort to make it right

I am rejecting this response because:Dear *** ***First, my last name is *** *** ***. Second, I am rejecting your response because it willfully and explicitly ignores my concerns in a deliberate corporate attempt to wear me down and force me to give up pursuing my complaint. As you know, and as carefully explained in my original complaint, I did not contact the Revdex.com in order to be removed from Priceline's promotions e-mail list. As you also know, I had already been removed from that list before I contacted the Revdex.com. You are thus incorrect when you claim in your response, "We understand that you would like to unsubscribe from the promotion emails." My concerns, which you ignore entirely in your response, are not only spelled out clearly in my original complaint, but are also numbered in order to make them even clearer. I reiterate my concerns:(1) Even when customers explicitly choose not to receive promotional e-mails, customers are added to Priceline's e-mail list against their express wishes. (See attached transcript of my chat with Priceline customer service for proof of this policy. Bernice explains: "When you make a reservation in our website the system automatically sends you those promotional emails, even if you choose to not receive them.")(2) Priceline promotional e-mails routinely do not contain unsubscribe links. Your assurance, without proof, that e-mails often do contain unsubscribe links carries no weight. I would like evidence showing that Priceline e-mails often contain unsubscribe links. In addition, even if they do "often" contain unsubscribe links, they do not always contain unsubscribe links, which is a violation of customer rights.(3) Because Priceline promotional e-mails do not contain unsubscribe links, the only way for Priceline customers who have chosen not to set up a Priceline account to stop receiving unwanted promotional e-mails is to set up an account, provide Priceline with personal information, including name, e-mail address, etc. To force customers to hand over personal information in order to stop receiving unwanted promotional e-mails -- which they opted not to receive in the first place -- is extortion.To reiterate, I would like the following relief:(1) I would like Priceline to change its expressed policy of using customers' e-mail addresses to send promotional e-mails against customers' expressed will.(2) I would like Priceline not to add customers' e-mail addresses to Priceline's e-mail list when a customer opts out.(3) I would like all Priceline e-mails to contain unsubscribe links.(4) I would like Priceline customers to be able to manage their e-mail preferences without being forced to set up a Priceline account.(5) I would like Priceline to be fined and/or censured for explicit, deliberate lying and customer deception aimed at increasing Priceline's profits to the detriment of customer privacy and customer rights.When you respond, please explicitly and directly address concerns #1-and what I see as relief #1-5.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I am well aware of the change of tickets policy, yet, this was not just thatAll the options I was given would increase the cost of this trip, either by hotel price (which was not offered), loss of time at work, or last minute change of ticket from round-trip to one-way, which is never at a half-price of the round-trip (I paid $for one way ticket where round-trip was $627)Also, the most frustrating is the misleading for one week by Priceline customer service, that "they will figure something out"It's quite frustrating when Priceline explained that I chose another flight; I would have accepted any other flight they offered that was similar in durationBut I do not agree to be transferred from a flight with hours overlay to an overnight overlay without any sleep accommodationThat is simply not the same product I carefully chose back in JanuaryThe resolution would be to provide a similar product for a similar price, and would be either:-offer a sleep accommodation, when overlay time increases greatly-offer another flight with similar duration-offer a refund of a cost of another ticket AT THE TIME OF A LAST MINUTE PURCHASE, not half price of the round-trip ticket"We are sorry" is not an appropriate remedy for this
