Tell us why here...Issues: - Hotel contacted complaining about their polices set with Booking.com - Property requesting to collect payment with no-show fee -
Asking for an additional EUR for an overbooking Actions taken: - Located the reservation in question - Property was invoiced correctly for overbooking - Forward the property’s complaint to the correct department for review - The Account Manager of the property discussed the concerns with the property explained how their polices work that they have set up & advised them to pre-authorize the guest credit card and should the guest to be a no show to cancel the reservation so the commission would not be charged. - The Account manager also explained for the reservation of John Dye that the commission was not charged however, the relocation cost difference of the EUR was to be invoiced as they could not accommodate the guest. Resolution: - Case has been closed no further action is needed in the case

The company feels like it's ok to charge me an additional fee for nothingI have not received any additional services or upgrades for the additional money paid, and this company doesn't see ANYTHING wrong with thatThe site states, and I quote, "Choose Your Room"No where does it say, pay more for the same exact roomSo to me this is a rip offIn fact it still says the same thing and gives the same money option, for the SAME exact roomSo essentially you have the option of paying up to $additional a night, and will not be given any upgrades to your room
***This is exactly what the site shows for this hotelIt gives several different rates for the same standard roomDoesn't make sense***
