I am rejecting this response because:What you see is the screen after you are presented with choices of different hotels and select the name your price optionAs you are shown choices, then stuck with only one, this is bait and switchIn fact, I have a response from them:"For this type of reservation the pricing is not revealed until once it has been booked."This means you are stuck with whatever hotel they wanted to place you in, regardless of being presented other choices previouslyThey charge you for their pre-selected hotel and told there is no cancellation, regardless of the substandard hotels in a bad neighborhood they stick you withInvoking a no cancellation policy does not forgive their bait and switch tactics.
