Spotify Customer Service requested my email address associated with the account. At that time I also provided my full name. The response from Spotify was that no record could be found. I did not understand as the first email from Spotify stated I had only signed up for the free account. If this information was known it would seem Spotify had my information.I then provided two alternate email addresses thus providing all optional email information. At that time Spotify asked that I send my credit card information. I have not as I am uncomfortable sending my credit card details in an email. Should Spotify provide a customer service phone number I will do so. However when I call the phone number listed on the Spotify website, it is only a recording stating all complaints must go through the website. I am agreeable to resolution via a telephone conversation with a representative.[redacted]

They still tried to screw me and in hindsight $300 loss for 5 years free seems like a baby punishment, but if they are too cheap to meet me there then how about 3 years of premium service. Seeing as the second charge happens while I was just trying to start a 30 day free trial. They weren't even...
willing to give me a month for free after paying for two. I would like the $10.80 refund and 3 years of service for free than I am done. They have millions of users paying the monthly fee they can afford to lose $300 for five years, then they can afford to lose just under $200 for 3 years.

Hey, 1. Please see the attached photo that shows one of the accounts following the others playlist name '[redacted]'. 2. We believe that the user's card was attached to an account created for a friend of the user. Therefore the charges were intentional and not mistaken nor fraudulent. If the customer suspects that the charges are fraudulent, then as we instructed the user she should contact her credit card company's fraud department.
