 I rejected the response because I have not been contacted and was even recently charged after receiving an email from them before writing the complaint confirming that they would not charge my cars again. I can provide proof of every charge so I'm not sure why they're not locating it

The company did contact me to correct the mistake they made canceling my account which I tried to resolve prior to contacting the Revdex.com.

Hi there, 
The E-cards work in very much the same way, they are prepaid options, this means that the royalties and distribution of money is set that way, meaning we cannot apply discount to this option. It is simply not possible to do. 
I have offered a full refund for this, and a further 3 months Premium for free, however we are not able to process a discount on an e card.

complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They have not resolved my issue. Instead of contacting me to discuss this issue, so I could explain what my issue is, they cancelled my subscription entirely. This included the subscription I wanted to keep. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. It is impossible for anyone to get any information out of this company or get a straight answer. In addition to cancelling my account without any warning, they said I would receive a refund, I still haven't received it. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I do not understand how anyone can do business like this while continously being unhelpful at every single turn. I will NEVER be a spotify customer again.

We've sent a reply to the user which outlines a fair settlement for the issue, as well as a detailed explanation of why the respective discounts can't be applied to the gift card they redeemed.
