Spotofy will not let me cancel my subscription and keeps charging meWhen they cannot process the payment the first time they will keep trying until it goes throughI want out of this subscriptionThey are making it impossible Not only is there not a real phone number to use to get through to customer service They have bogus email addresses where no one gets back to youHundreds of people are having the same exact issueThis is unprofessional and quite annoyingPlease look into this company and all of the unhappy customers that go along with itThank you in advance

Hi there,
Thanks for sending this overWe'll follow up with the customer directly on this
Best,

This seems like a "no brainer" software to use; however try to disconnect it from Facebook, or simply leave it and you become engaged in a game of cat and mouse If you have never logged in and they say you have, it is a bigger game of "Your are lying, our servers say " They (Spotify) will only attempt to delete the unauthorized account without answering questions
It has been days and email responses, because they do not have a phone number, to get to today's latest -We are sorry you cannot provide a partial date of birth, it must be all numbers
I don't know why they cannot delete my account They can verify it with what is on the computer Since the customer service responses has been so far off base, I do not want anything to do with them, but cannot get away, and it is making my life miserable
If they can see the birthdate and I have given them partial, they should be able to complete their request At this point it feels like they are attempting to gather my information for other purposes, especially since I did not set up the account
They started with give me a list of titles
I did not understand so I asked for clarification
they told me to login and look at them
WHY? I didn't setup the account
So I attempted to login, but didn't know how, so I asked
They said "simply put in your login name and password"
Where??
On the Spotify login page
so I had to advise them that I have never logged in so where is this app? Please explain step by step from
turn on the computer
At this point, I was so irritated, I asked them to just delete my accounts and my name however it was used
They advised again "in order to verify your account, please login and get the list of titles
So out of frustration, I Goggled "How do I login to Spotify"
even their own special customer bulletin was so vague, I had to continue searching the internet and finally found that your information is on the appSo I downloaded the app and stumbled around and found the list of titles
They responded with we cannot delete your account because it was linked to ***
OK, that does it, this is the reason we started! Have you read the prior emals?
I asked to have a supervisor to assist and delete the account I would no longer respond to thier emails because it is relevant that no one wants to help me
I always get the response "we are so sorry for the inconvinence, please provide your birthday so we can accomodate your request."
I feel I am being personally attacked, and I will never get away from this demon span acting like customer support
This could all have been avoided with one phone call I can't imagine that the cost of a phone line would be worth the interaction I have been experiencing

Hey,
We'll respond to the customer and clear this up
Thanks,

Hi there,
I have read through your previous emails, I notice that you have emailed twice however there has been no auto replies here, and you have been answered first by my *** *** and secondly by ***.
It seems that you have also replied to
a couple of these mails and I can also see a reply from my colleagues too, could you check your spam folder as they may have gone there.
As far as I can see the issue has been resolved, however you have brought up a new issue here, namely not being able to access your account page on the websiteDo you get any error messages when this happens at all?
Kind regards

I was charged twice during my free trial period, and now my checking account is overdrawnNo one from Spotify has reached out to me to address this problem, nor do they have a contact number

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Spotify is running in circles, I do not believe that Spotify can deposit money charged to my credit card, in their account, without my authorization or my permission and claim they do not know how this has happenedThey must have some kind of recordand better produce it to my attention or to the Revdex.com
on the other hand, I have canceled my credit card account with the bank and hope Spotify will cancel the recurrent charges

1st off, doing business with a merchant that has no telephone number is a sign of inconvenience and poor costumer service Second, I had a hour long typing session with a representative that made me jump through hoops because she claimed first that she was unable to find my account Next she someone above her pay grade on the keyboard just to have me jump through more hoops only to tell me the UNFORBIDDEN, and mysterious thingWAIT FOR IT....my account was hacked To make a long story short, Spotify had been charging me a a month premium fee, but the account wasn't mine, so mysteriously someone used my credit card information, linked it to their *** account and created premium account to Spotify
Even after a long battle to see if they would refund me the money, they somewhat agreed to refund my money through ***So they are going to refund my money to the exact fool who fraudulently is using my credit card How dumb is that? I must complain that their way of

they charged me twice for premium service with the student discountBut I still have the basics free serviceThey pretty much made me pay more and didn'even give me access to the service in which I paid for, I'm not a rich man right now and I could really use that money on something else can you get me a refund and years of premium service for freeA legit business such as Spotify should not be treating me like trash and just steal the very little I have to add to the huge fortune that they have
