After my fourth call to the delivery department, Tony stated that he would get the order to me the following day and said there was absolutely no reason it should have been delayed as it was, since there were 6 units of what I ordered in Atlanta. He set up the delivery, for the 3rd time, and said the contracted delivery service had really messed up and that I should contact corporate, which I did. I was also offered a partial refund for the horrible delivery service (or lack thereof), which has not been credited to m account. Furthermore, we are STILL waiting on the company to pick up the mattress and credit our account for that screw up. Until I receive the partial refund for the refrigerator AS PROMISED BY YOUR AGENT ON THE PHONE, this matter is not resolved.

They have tried to force Frigidaire to do something. We have servicemen stating it is not repair able. The 30 days does not allow for three service calls and repairs to deem the refrigerator defective. We were assured each time by HHGregg Managers that we would be taken care of. We are growing weary of the time, frustration and multiple trips from work to try and have this NEW refrigerator repaired. If a satisfactory solution is not offered we will have no choice but to take legal action.

The repairman, Alberto, called me and said that HHGregg did not give him a new dishwasher handle for my machine so he had to cancel the service call. I still have the same dishwasher with no handle 13 days after the installation. HHGregg is a very disorganized business!

If Mr. [redacted] decides to reselect at the Buckhead location after 03/03/17 all sales are final, no refund, exchange, or credit.
