I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  It is a shame that it had to go this far.  This should have been done on 8/29/16.  Companies like HH Gregg will continue to bully customers like me with delays and broken promises until they are contacted by Revdex.com and the State Attorney's General office.  I am anxious to see how long it will take the refund on my credit card statement to appear.

We apologize for any inconvenience Ms [redacted] may have experienced....

Ms. [redacted] order was flagged and canceled by the bank which is why she didn’t receive the television. The order was never processed and therefore the television was sold to next buyer. Unfortunately I don’t have details as to why the order was canceled. Ms. [redacted] would have to contact her bank for a more detailed explanation.
We appreciate having the opportunity to answer the complaint.

Service has installed the new parts. Unfortunately, the freezer portion is still not working correctly. Service tech stated that they have to call hhgreg to see what the next step will be. Waiting to hear back from the service tech.

I have another warranty that is worthless. That I would like to include for the exact same reasons. Exact same salesman and I would like to elaborate some of the circumstances. I am a huge Audiophile. I have been my whole life. I worked and bought my first stereo at age 12. I have Trip Lites, APCs and a Furman for may audio on ALL my electronics, all of which are registered and warranty against lightening strikes up to $75,00.00. I would have never purchased these warranties for lightening.The other receipt # is G536-002970
