[Please review the attached order and let me know if this validates the purchase. 1.We purchased the item and extended plan from HHGreg2. We followed protocol and opened a claim in September 3. [redacted] Service Team from vonley, GA came to the house and assessed they will replace a part and MUST break the iven door4. The part was delivered to [redacted] October 1 2016 and advised they receive packagea every day, but they will NOT return my call, nor schedule an appointment.1. Issue: No one is takiownership to resolve this matter and I need my oven for the holidays.2. If the service center has assessed the inly way to fix my oven is to break it more, then my request is for the replacement.3. My name has changed to [redacted]  (married 1/5/15)]

Obviously HHGregg thinks that once they sell an extended warranty for a washing machine, they don't actually have to stand behind it.  That the most fraudulent thing I've ever heard.  It speaks volume on the type of company they inspire to be.  Bottom line is:  I bought an extended warranty for my washer and dryer through HHGregg.   My washer is not working.  I called them and they will NOT come fix it.   Their answer is:  Well, your extended warranty was insured through Warrantec so you deal with them.  I did not buy my warranty through Warrantec, I bought it through HHGregg.   Warrantec, will not even schedule a service call.  It's all a front for HHGregg.   HHGregg is giving me a runaround.  What kind of company does that?  How are they still in business?  Why haven't they been sued.  Judging from their message boards, I'm not alone.  This is a systematic approach with their extended warranty business.  I tried to solve this in a respectable manner since I thought this muust have been an oversight of some sort.  But I can see I'm not dealing with a reputable company.  I suppose I will have to take them to court.  Maybe a good class action suit will make HHGregg more accountable.  Regards,[redacted]

indicated in the Terms and Conditions for the service plan, the total amount for which the service plan administrator is liable is limited to the retail price of the covered product. When the service plan administrator authorized a store credit, they deducted the amounts they already paid toward the servicing of the product and the food loss claim.
