As indicated in our return policy, the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.According to our records, a delivery team visited Ms. [redacted]’ home to check the water line connection. If they were not able to resolve her issue, she will most likely need to schedule a service call. Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer should be able to assist her with scheduling a service call. I am dissatisfied with your response and lack of urgency refunding my money- which tends to be the accepted behavior with hhgregg.  When can I expect the remaining amount? If you prefer to communicate directly with my lawyer please let me know and I will forward you his contact information. I am in the process of pursuing legal action for the numerous issues I have had to deal with as stated in my original complaint and for funds you have not refunded.

However, we are still waiting on the discount for the refrigerator. We have provided the name of the employee and the number he can be reached at. We were also informed by the contracted shipping company to deal with HH Gregg corporation about the matter, as they do not handle any financial transactions. HH Gregg corporate is trying to pass the buck to a company that cannot address the issue.

Had HHGregg responded to my issue at that time, I would not have had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. HHGregg had a different excuse each time we called and then refused to resolve the issue in a timely manner. HHGregg repeatedly tried to blame everyone but themselves for overselling the item and then not informing us in a timely manner. I am still without a TV, because the prices are much higher now then on Black Friday. If I was made aware of the fact that we were not getting the TV from HHGregg, I could have gone to any number of retailers (on Black Friday weekend) and bought one for a comparable price. I am not satisfied-HHGregg mislead us and falsely advertised the sale.

When I clicked the problem was resolved, I meant that though I was not happy with the time frame, I would be patient and wait for the completion of the project based on the business' timeline. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Good Day,This answer does not answer in any my concern.  I have attached my notes from the event and would call attention that missed appointments, and not taking responsibility for the issue seems to be HH Greggs standard mode of operation.The appliance was purchased from HH Gregg, the warranty company answers the phone HH Gregg, yet in any conversation, I am told that I should call the warranty company.  I got this direction from the local store, and anyone I corresponded with at the corporate office.The behavior is one that ignores common attributes of good customer care.Best Regards,[redacted]
