[redacted] As you can see from the attached claims taken from LG website regarding their easy clean ovens. I bought this thinking that this would be easy to clean. Absolutely, not true. No residue comes off with this process. When I called customer service I was informed to take each particle off with a razor blade. This is not what they claim this oven will do. This is false advertisement. I am under the one year warranty and am not satisfied with this outcome This oven is not even paid for yet. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and if I don't get satisfaction from there I will proceed to small claims court.

I concur that I took delivery of said treadmill, however, HHGregg has not addressed the root of the problem regarding threshold delivery as their website; http://www.hhgregg.com/shippinganddelivery still states that, Threshold Delivery Your product will be shipped via freight to the delivery center nearest your delivery address. Once we confirm receipt at the local delivery center an hhgregg authorized representative will reach out to schedule the delivery date with you. With Threshold Delivery the delivery team will deliver your merchandise and set it in the first dry room in the home." Therefore, HHGregg is falsely advertising what Threshold Delivery service is, since they WILL NOT deliver to the first dry room in the home. They need to further clarify the service by stating they will only deliver to the first dry room in the home, IF there are no stairs leading up to the door...otherwise, delivery will be at the bottom of the stairs or garage. I appreciate HHGregg's response and am sure I will do future transactions, however, my complaint is for all future customers--so that the Threshold Delivery service is accurately presented by HHGregg's website. They determined that the parts needed to be replaced, but state the earliest they can come and install is 8/23/16. This is unacceptable I have children and elders in my home and the range does not work at all, so its not like I can use one part or the other, I can not use it at all. Its already been about 2 weeks without a stove, and now I have to wait 2 more weeks. This is the warranty company that you chose to represent your organization, so they are a reflection of you. I need someone out here no later than Monday 8/15/16, but would like someone out sooner than that. I have to microwave food or buy fast food, this is not acceptable.

It's not my fault that the refrigerator was on sale for 149.00. I merely made a purchase. and now they're telling me Oh were sorry, but you can't have what you paid for.

I have talked to a company that they recommended that is going to come to my house and do a second opinion on the issue I'm having with this refrigerator. I have attached the history of this refrigerator and no I am not satisfied but I feel that I have no choice but to accept the second opinion. Look at the attached records and see if you thing anyone should have to go thru what I've been thru after owning a refrigerator for less than 2 years at the time of my complaints. I feel that a different unit would have being more satisfying. I was hoping you all would have took into consideration all of the inconvenience that I have experienced along with all the repairs.
