[We did receive our refund however it took way too long to receive it.  This company has a borderline unethical policy of withholding cash refunds to customers. Further, the store customer service was beyond poor.  Unless the company changes it policy, this cannot be resolved satisfactorily.]

concerning her appliance and furniture order. I apologize for any frustration [redacted] has experienced.   On 9/1/16 the sectional set [redacted] ordered was delivered and the price was under the amount our customer requested in the complaint. The refrigerator was cancelled and refunded on 9/5/16. The mattress set cannot be sold at $118. Our local store has adjusted pricing and various good faith gestures that can no longer be extended to a different product set.   We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to answer the complaint.   Sincerely,     Z.A. Nice try, never......NEVER was I offered my money back, just a lesser quality TV or the option of paying more for the brand I wanted.  You advertise a TV to get people in your store, a TV you did not have, and did not have access to.  Shame on you.  You obviously do not intend to make things right, therefore I will continue to do my best to warn my neighbors of the unethical practices you people display.  Shame.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The salesman at HH GREGG assured me if anything broke, the unit (washer or dryer) would've replaced.  It reads that way on the first page of the warranty.  It is a false statement.  They forget to tell you if there are any repairs, the costs of those repairs will be deducted from what you paid and from what your refund will be.  They allow 3 or 4 repairs.  That insures that you will not get back your total refund.  To blame this on Warrenteck who supplies the warranty, is very appalling.  Seems like a fraudulent act.  The victims are the American people!
