I did not have a functioning refrigerator for over a month - After, each time they stated they repaired the refrigerator that I could use the refrigerator - I went to the store to replace my lost and spoiled food The refrigerator broke times and the food I replaced each time was spoiled and unsafe to eat They also did NOT provide me with a copy of the Warranty until they denied me the refund for my food loss Never did I know upfront that they only replace food once a year If my refrigerator broke once a year - that would be fine But, since it broke times and I lost food times; I am due $for each time, I had to replace my food Warrantech is not a reputable company and should not be allowed to do business If the refrigerator would have been fixed properly on the first visit in a timely manner; then a one time reimbursement is reasonable But, since the refrigerator broke three times total - I lost food times I am unsatisfied and do not and will not accept or close out this complaint until I am refunded for my lose of food The balance due is $for the last two times that I lost food The repair that apparently, fixed the refrigerator was from a different company from the other repair company (*** ***) who was unable to repair the refrigerator On the second call we had made I had requested a different repair company and was told that "There were no other companies available in Hillsborough County." Then when speaking with hhgregg the vendor who original sold the refrigerator the one salesman said"That is not true there are other repair companies in the area, that Warrantech does not want to call another company because they will have to pay the other repair company to come out to repair my refrigerator." Therefore, Warrantech decided to continue to send out the incompetent "*** ***" to attempt to repair our refrigerator If Warrantech, had send out the other company sooner, then I may not have had to purchase an addition $worth of food to keep replacing the items loss in my refrigerator It was Warrantech's choice to not send out a new repair company sooner; therefore it is their responsibility to replace the loss food

HHGregg continues to shift their burden as the service/product provider to me They claim to have refunded a certain amount of money but have never itemized when and how so I have had to search my accounts to try to find payments I cannot account for the full amount of refund they claim to have provided I did find a refund for the installation that they failed to perform so that is now a non-issue I also found a credit of $but there is still no explanation as to how they came to that odd amount They say in their response that an additional $will be issued to bring the amount to $but that adds up to $ Wouldn't this all have been simpler and more honest if they had once itemized the credits that they say they made and the date they were issued? Andy they are ignoring the credit their store manager promised for making me drive out of town to pick up a hot plate Clearly I don't trust them because they have not been transparent in their dealings with me Who doesn't itemize bills and credits for clarity? Who promised compensation and then doesn't follow through?

I have provided proof that I have never received a refund for this purchase. The original purchase was made on 6/30/thru Paypal using my Discover Card. I have provided a history from June 2015-todays date (2/10/16) for my Paypal account and my Discover Card account. My Paypal account shows one purchase on 6/30/for $267.45. My Discover Card account shows the original purchase on 6/30/for $267.45, a temporary credit on 7/13/which was charged back on 6/30/when I cancelled the dispute after I received the paper check in the mail from H.HGregg. After depositing the paper refund check from H.HGregg it was later taken from my bank account because H.HGregg had put a stop payment on the check and I was also charged $30.00. I have also included the documentation showing it was taken out of my bank account along with the $fee
