[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]On 4/6/18, we went to our local H H Gregg store at their request (by telephone on 4/5)We were asked to look over their display and find a comparable mattressWhen the manager spoke with us, he suggested we look at the Tempurpedic, which we told him was completely out of our budgetHe left to make a phone callAfter a time, he returned to tell us that Serta was going to build another Prodigy Everfeel for us, which would take to weeksSomeone would be in touchWe were very satisfied, but asked for this in writingHe told us we'd get verification by emailWe have not yet received any written verification, and are very reluctant to consider this verbal promise a permanent resolution due to past history

So you are postponing me receiving the item that was a Christmas gift to someone or refund the money so I can buy one comparable. The customer service that you have shown is really below parYou have to call a million times and get put on hold each time from 28-minutesOr you don't return the calls as you have stated.This is my first purchase ever with your company and you are showing me that you aren't staffed properly for holiday seasons

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meOnly because the store manager made this offer to me weeks ago and I accepted itBut, that doesn't change the fact that they have poor customer service which is why they took this long to make me this offer that could have been made prior to the Revdex.com complaintThey also need to make sure items are available before advertising it at a sales price that can't be duplicatedThat's called advertisement which creates unhappy customer, which HHgredd is also known for having.
