I already understood that HH Gregg ordered the replacement parts beginning weeks ago; however, all parts have not been shipped and customer service cannot provide me with a timeline for when the product will be repairedIt has now been weeks since the product was delivered and nothing has been fixedAdditionally, HH Gregg is neglecting the responsibility that they sold me an inferior product which during the weeks of ownership does not hold up to reasonable wear standardsThe fact that I have had to call customer service on a weekly basis to complain about more repairs demonstrates that.I would like for HH Gregg to accept that that the product they sold me will not hold up to a reasonable product life and as the responsible selling company, should provide some sort of rebate for this product

I filed a complaint against H.H.Gregg on September 9,2015. On September 18,I received an e-mail from you with an attached response from James TMcNees, Director of Service Operations for H.H.Gregg stating my complaint had been forwarded to the appropriate personnel and a representative should contact me within fifteen business days. I accepted that trusting they would finally address this issue with my damaged awning. It has been twenty-three days, and I have heard nothing from H.H.Gregg. Please reopen this complaint. I’ve reviewed this file and it appears this is a fraudulent requestThe customer placed an order in April She canceled the order and received a refund She also mailed a rebate forms saying she had taken possession of the products and received a visa card for $(Our rebates are processed through a third party company.) She was never entitled to this rewards card Given the error we did ask for the card to be reissued in Feb 2017, however this is tied up in the bankruptcy files in March since they’re processed through a third party companyIf she feels she has a valid claim, she welcome to file a claim as a creditor, however she’s not entitled to receive this refund Thank you, Valerie T*** hhgregg E 96th StIndianapolis, IN

Due to the fact that your manager assaulted me, I was called names by him question on being a disabled veteran and sent a repair company who caused more harm I've asked weeks ago for communication to resolve I've already bought a new refrigerator and I don't want a store credit it needs applied to my hhgregg credit card But, that still will not resolve all your company has put me and my family through I am currently in the hospital Your person (Cheryl) on FaceBook I need to file a Police Report against your manager Jeff My dog have run out of food I make for them and had to spend 10xs the amount on a store made product as well as pay someone to bring me food while I've waited on your response I will either need someone from you Office of the President to talk to me as the person I did talk to refused to assist me or I will contact my VA advocate or a lawyer for other options As I am not at home I do not have my notes to let you know the many phones calls I made asking for assistance and was pushed away

The company is refusing to do anything about my receiving a broken product from them via an online order Since my concerns have been dismissed and I am out$for a television I received broken (through no fault of my own), I will have to take legal action against HH Gregg for which they will end up being responsible for the costs of as well I have witnesses that know that I opened a box delivered to my home with a broken television inside and that this company has done nothing to look into possible breakage during shipment or some other way the item could have been damaged It is ridiculous that a customer should have to go these lengths for something that is so straightforward and easy to solve If this company cannot refund my money (and pick up this broken television), I will be taking legal action, for which they will be responsible for attorneys fees and court costs as well
