We do not have our products in our home yet..or have been offered a compensation amount...therefore I do not want to accept the response because nothing has been resolved yet I did speak to the general manager after I made the initial phone call last Wednesday...I emailed him for an update yesterday and still waiting on a response or a phone call.

They are decitful in their practices Starting from the salesman who misrepresented the Protection Plan, to Warrantech to the repair person and now whom ever is responding to this complaint If they will not refund my entilre purchase price including the Exptended Warranty, then I want the purchase price of the TV PLUS tax (this is clearly written in their Warranty Brochure, so I am not understanding why they refuse to give me the tax back, more lies) REFUNDED to me This also is stated in the brocure that the purchase price PLUS tax will be REIMBURSED Not a store credit CLEARLY IN WRITING it staes REIMBURSED I have attached a scan of this from the brocure I received at the time of Purchase Now thay will not honor what is in WRITING? I dont think a court would side with them on this one Ther own brochure staes REIMBURSED plus TAX.Regards,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that a refund was given of 149.99, but that was only for the refrigerator delivery chargedThe refund of was only given due to the exchange in refrigeratorMy concern is being charged a delivery fee of for each appliances which when purchasing the items the associate (Micheal) told me a delivery fee of only was only supposed to be applied onceInstead I was charged for the dishwasher, stove, microwave, and for the refrigeratorI was only refunded back the delivery fee for the fridge but never received a refund for the microwave, stove, or dishwasherHH Gregg has been advertising many promotions which made me come to the store for serviced but I have yet to receive any of the deals that were advertisedThen when expressing my concerns I always get the run around or have yet to receive a call from a manger about my issueI will never advised people to shop with HH Gregg due to the bad hospitality and serviced I was given Regards,
