I was accused of picking up the cook top from the store although I never did,the supervisor told me they will look into that and get back to me I had to call times and didn't get an answer.[nobody called me back until today[finally I called the store that they accused me going to and the manager[Joshua] told me over the phone that they made a mistake and that he fixed it already, I asked him if can schedule me a new delivery and I had to wait days after my delivery was scheduled to receive my order.If this manager could not find what happened and I wouldn't call him myself I would probably still be waiting for my order, and I wouldn't get the cook top.I have attached some of my conversations with the supervisorsRegards,*** *

Revdex.com: Thank you for your swift response and/or resolution to this matterI accept HH Gregg's offer, yet at no time was I ever offered such a "comparable" modelI was offered only the store credit, which was the reason for my complaintI do understand that the company no longer offers plasma screen televisions, and that only much higher priced models include 3D viewingI simply would not accept a store-credit in lieu of their warranty promise (which--at $749.99--does not cover even half of the price of another flat-screen television!)If HH Gregg is forthright in their offer, I will accept the comparable model

It's clear hhgregg does not care about the customer experienceYou didn't request a picture or anything to observe the type of damage, yet your have the audacity to imply I could have damaged the stoolAll that aside, the disconnected seat top could have been easily reattached with screwsBut the torn seat, picture attached, I guess I could have sat in it and torn the leather perfectly from the buttons, in addition, dent the button??? I think not, this is manufacturing/poor craftsmanshipSomething you have not addressedThese stool are of very poor qualityhhgregg does not stand behind the products they sell because it appears you're well aware of that you're furnishing the consumers with sub par productsI still am seeking consideration for a refund of all stools due to the poor quality and the one that was received damagedThere was not a review on your website to attest to the qualityI wrote an unfavorable one and it is still not being displayedI'm sure someone had the same experience and you'll have done the same thing in not displaying the poor review to bate unsuspecting customers in. *** *** HH Gregg did reach out to us, however we ask for a definite date we would receive the refrigerator door for the damaged refrigerator, they could not give us one, we purchased the microwave it has been paid for well over months ago we still have not received we either want a kitchenaid microwave or the damages we claimed in our first complaint. We were frustrated after the 2nd refrigerator was delivered damaged which we think was the same one deliver first, we are extremely upset now
