For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I don't understand how their responce addresses my complaint. Warantek is a company HH Gregg uses. HHH Gregg sold me the Warranty though Warantek (misspelled) How does their response make any sense? Warantek assigned an alternative repair? Of course this typical of the run around I've been getting. I've call warantek over times and they won't send no one out to fix my washer. I bought the warranty through HH Gregg. I assumed HH Gregg were the guarantor. Never heard of Warantek until I called HH Gregg about my washer

In the posted response they stated that someone directly contacted me regarding photos of the damaged television This never happened In fact, I have contacted them times via email and several times via telephone I received no response through emails and was told that they could not help me when I called I will email them again, but am not satisfied with the response thus far

The washer was exchanged and the new washer is not working properly. Once again, no call backs from management. However, Samsung will be sending out a technician on March 1st, to address this issue. Problem is not corrected as of today

At this time, while a voicemail was received, we have not been able to speak with Warrantech and do not wish to close the case until the issue has been fully resolvedWe did attempt to return the call to Warrantech at the number their representative provided only to find that it appeared to be another HH Gregg hotline and my girlfriend who is handling the phone calls ended up bouncing around the prompts before hanging upShe will try again later with the number provided here by HH GreggAt this point, we feel that our issues are going to be pushed around between HH Gregg and Warrantech with Warrantech applying temporary fixes and HH Gregg denying any responsibility until our service plan expires, at which point we will end up with a broken couch and no more warrantyWe were basically told that if we paid this large price for the service plan, ANYTHING would be taken care of...rips and tears from pets, broken components, etcSo far our experience has been that the obvious problem was temporarily fixed and the problem we pointed out ended up with the technician recommending we get someone who's good at sewing to take care of it, at our own cost of courseOn top of that, due to the location of the problems, we can't even verify the quality of the work performed because in order to view the areas serviced, you have to rip off the covering which is stapled about every inch.At this point, we simply want reimbursed the price of the couchWe even left off the cost of the service plan when we explained our desired settlementIf we must deal with Warrantech and continue getting bounced around until this is fixed, then we will do what we have to do, but we will also make sure to avoid HH Gregg for all future furniture purchases and we will be sure to inform everyone we know what a waste of money the extended service plans are

*** *** we took the washer but the full fillment was not meant we were not supposed to be paid to take the old one we werewe were supposed to have the washer that day but the ware house was in kyand takes a weekI called Justin has soon has I got home he said in that case because of our time we were supposed to have the store one shipped to our house from the store that day if the manger would have called and the matching dryer at no cost or and a dollar credit because we did not want the warranty. but it did not work that way we had to take the store policy and warrntech does not understand at all weve been with out a washer for a month. because not working rightwarrntech did not bother to call to see if it went okay and smotthlywe had to pay for them to take the old one, did not get the maytch dryer like Justin promisedwe had to take the warranty or the store would of made us pay extra for the washer even though it was on sale

They are not honoring the terms of their WRITTEN agreement, of which I supplied a copy of with my last response I do not understand how they can just do what they want and not follow what they have put in WRITING IN WRITING it says I will be reimbursed, not a store credit They are choosing to give me store credit and that is not what the agreement states They seem to be ignoring what is writing and doing whatever it is they want and just repeating the same old incorrect information in their responses and not addressing why they are not honoring their WRITTEN agreement
