THe technician came out yesterday, over weeks after he had ordered the part, and still could not fix the problemI am still currently without a dryer and the warranty company ONLY covers up to dollarsI was advised by an HHGregg rep that I could get a refund minus the cost of the parts and labor that were used to try and fix the dryerThis is a sham considering the technician took the new parts back when they didn't workThe warranty HHGregg offers is ridiculousIt is poor business practice to offer a customer a warranty on an appliance if that appliance can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, not to mention the fact they will not cut me a check for the full price of the dryer so I can take my business elsewhere! For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I'm not satisfied with the resolution because an extended warranty was purchase which required them to repair or replace the appliance and they didn't issue a credit because they wanted to show concern for a consumerI accepted a demo because they refused to adjust the price of a television new in a box with a brand remote for the same size I originally purchased instead of a different sizeWhen they remove an appliance from the box they should keep up with every part that belong to that applianceThey were not doing anything special by replacing my television the warranty I purchased cover that replacementThe demo television had a remote and the remote should have been available for anyone who might have purchased the televisionThese people are being difficult and should be responsible for replacing the remote with a brand remote especially since this is a SMART TV which has special featuresAs I stated before they were going out of business and could have adjusted the price for the same size television I originally purchased, but instead they treated me like they were giving me something free, but the WARRANTY I PURCHASED COVERED THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE APPLIANCE, of which I think included everything that comes with the applianceMy request is simple and that is they purchase a replacement remote from Samsung for that model since they are not required to keep up with them once they take the appliance out of the box and use as a demo, I GUESS THE COMPANY POLICY REGARDING APPLIANCES REMOVED FROM THE BOX IS THEY DON"T HAVE TO KEEP THE REMOTES OR ANY ADDITIONAL PIECES.
