I do not understand I spent over on a tv that they could not deliver I did not open it there to make sure it worked the salesman said if I had any problems with it to bring it back within days as I did there is no visible damage to the tv itself it is on the inside that is having the issues What part of this is just cause not to replace it ? I do it want my money back I just want it fixed Why ? I really don't understand Does the manufacturer have to warranty this? Why is the store not honoring the days like their ad says and their salesman told me ??Please!Revdex.com:

*** *** This resolution doesn't satisfy me because with the closing of these stores and previously working in retail, I know the prices are already times more than they should beWhen I initially attempted to use this credit, I was told I had to pay the extra $to get the same size television I originally purchased because it was that much more than my creditThe fact they were going out of business limited my opportunity to get the size television I originally purchasedThey had a inch in that price range and I felt like I should not have had to take anything other than what I purchasedThey claim they understand my frustration but had the power to end my frustration and choose not to end itAfter being without a television in my living room for three months, I decided to go in and see if there was a demo in the price range of the creditThe first problem with that is the television was marked down to $898.19, but instead of charging me that price they charged me $and did the percent discount bringing it back to the mark down priceThen they refused to give me the $refund I was due from the $credit I was issuedThe second thing is they misplaced the remote for the demo and the GENERAL MANAGER found a Samsung remote that wasn't for that model, I learned that after calling Samsung because I couldn't program the televisionWhen I called they suggested I purchase a remote again I disagreed, so when I suggested they use the refund they refuse to give me they supplied a universal remote that controls up to six devices like that is suppose to be fascinatingI only need to control my television and the SMART option which is the reason I purchased the television in the first placeThey could order a remote from SAMSUNG just like the sales person suggested I doand I think it's their responsibility to do so and not mineIf they really was concern about my frustration satisfying my purchase would have eliminated the frustration

It is correct that I have received the product but I have not yet received the $credit that the customer service supervisor and also the representative that I spoke with at corporate promised me I would receive for my troubles Also I find it very interesting that on Saturday, December 17th I was able to walk into the Saint Clairsville, OH store and the manager was able to order me the exact same laptop and have it delivered by Monday, December 19th Because I had to order it twice and I have not yet received my credit I know have to make a double payment on my credit account I have returned one of the laptops to the store and would appreciate the promised credit along with my minimum payment being adjusted to show my return so I do not have to make a double payment

First of all I never talked to or agreed to anything with anyone. I received an email an phone call which I responded to with nothing to the effect of this response. I was put out more than $with pending fraud charges on my account and not being able to process due to what HH Gregg did. I would never ever agree to a $gift card

As I stated before I don't understand they said I could not get delivery and that I don't believe anyone would open a inch tv and hook it up before they took it out of the store to see if it works Why would I? It was new and I was told that I had days to bring it back if I had any issues the only bad is I would have to bring it back they would not come and get it so it took me a couple of weeks to get a way to bring it back Bottom line I bought a brand new tv brought it back within the days and they will not replace it Business Bureau:
