Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was promised service that the company failed to provide I was charged for an uninterupted t.vviewing experieance that Sling TV LLC was unable to deliver Regardless of where the problem occured (in their equipment or in the equipment the networks they represent) my contract was with Sling TV LLC for a very specific product Since they failed to produce the product my money should be returned immediately I have seen plenty of other examples where they have done just that so saying that they are "unable" to refund is simply not true Sincerely, [redacted]
