Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we had a total lost of service combined that caused well over a day loss of usewe were also promised this device by your staff as per the original complaint and untill this day we still do not receive the service we pay for as sling itself does not have enough bandwidth to serve its customers during times of high demand streaming and it causes pix-elation on some of there channels during prime time or a complete loss of service, I am also writing a formal complaint of the poor service to the major networks that allow sling to stream there servicewe have paid hundreds of dollars to them in monthly fees and 80% of the time there service does not work correctly they are just beginning to fix all there glitcheswe have commercial internet our newest contract from Comcast is for 75mbs Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The account in question was started on a 2 Month Prepay Device offer for the [redacted] **... Stick on 12/13/2017. This provided a promotional code to get a free [redacted] Stick through [redacted] . The zoom function available on the Sling [redacted] app is available to assist with the closed captioning. If you are having problems viewing the channels in the Guide, we recommend using the Channel view option instead of the Grid option. On the [redacted] app, go to the Guide, click the down button once, the up button once then the right button to get the Channel view option which has larger images and print.
