[redacted] filed a complaint citing a billing issue with her account ** [redacted] stated that Network Solutions claimed to have refunded her twice via [redacted] and that she now owed a balance of $and if it was not paid, she would be reported to a credit agency A review of ** [redacted] account confirmed that Customer Service had attempted to complete a refund and that the payment had been charged back by [redacted] As a result, it caused a system issue making it look like the refund had completed as well as the charge back After a full review, it was determined that the refund attempt had failed due to the successful chargeback and the balance has been removed from ** [redacted] account It is not our policy to report customers to credit agencies as our service terms are pre-paid A member of the Executive Support Office left a voice message for ** [redacted] on 4/14/and sent a follow up email explaining our findings We have asked ** [redacted] to forward a copy of the email she received so we may investigate the credit agency concern further ** [redacted] has been provided with direct contact information for our office We remain willing to speak with ** [redacted] and ask that she contact our office directly regarding this matter

Dear Revdex.com, Response to complaint ID# [redacted] We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused Review of the domain [redacted] shows the domain expired on 1/28/following a year renewal period purchased on 12/03/ Subsequently an email was sent to the primary contact advising of the domain expiration and that immediate action is required to retain the domain on 1/29/ One month later on 2/26/a final notification email was sent to the primary contact informing the customer the domain was to be deleted and immediate action is required to prevent thisUnfortunately the customer did not reply to either email and did not contact Network Solutions prior to 3/10/when the domain was monetized and sold to another registrar effectively moving it out of Network Solutions control The domain currently resides with another registrar and is not controlled or in possession of Network Solutions We sincerely apologize, but at the time of this complaint (6/28/2016) the domain is unrecoverable by Network Solutions No attempt to contact Network Solutions can be found regarding the renewal and regretfully no accounting error occurred We sincerely apologize, while we would be more than happy to assist the customer we would not have control or the ability to change or modify the domain [redacted] Thank you, Jonathan B***Executive OfficeNetwork Solutions, a Web.com company

Hello, Some months ago I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about Network Solutions, which was resolved by Network SolutionsI do not nor have I ever worked for or with Network SolutionsI did not anticipate when I registered a complaint through the Revdex.com that I would get pulled into some bizarre Internet vortex that would enable someone to complain about me as though I were the company I complained about.So I would say this complaint is either bogus or egregiously misdirectedIt would make me concerned indeed to think that anybody can complain to the Revdex.com and that without checking the veracity of the claim you would honor it as credible and simply send an accusatory email asking for resolutionIt is, in fact, alarmingI look to hear that you have expunged this complaintThank you

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] filed a Revdex.com complaint citing that he has not received a refund for the renewal of domain namesThese refunds have been reviewed and confirmed several times with our billing departmentWe have sent the attached information to Mr [redacted] on 4/14/2015, which includes reference numbers that the bank may use to locate the transactionsThese refunds were issued on separate dates, 3/13/and 3/20/15.I would recommend that Mr [redacted] provide these reference numbers to his bank in order for them to locate and apply these transactions.As a result of having met Mr***'s requests and issuing the said refunds, we respectfully request that you consider this matter closed
