The response from the company doesn't convey any intent to address the causes of the complaintIt's simply a thank you note for my feedbackComplaint remainsAgain, the complaint is not about the product but about the business not conspicuously disclosing the currency in which such prices are advertised on their webpageThe fact that they refuse to say if they will resolve the raised issue or not, and knowing it wouldn't take a unbearable amount of time and effort to actually do it, may lead me to the believe that the business does this on purpose in order to mislead Canadian customers and I consider the complaint still unresolved at this point in time

My comments are the same as before I'm not wasting time on the phone trying to get this resolved when I've spent a large amount of time with all this already If they cannot simply supply me with a refund and return label, then I will take the loss but will never deal with them nor recommend them to anyone again I have NEVER had to call a company to do a return before, and there should be no reason to have to spend time doing it now

Revdex.com: I have tried to call back and they have not returned my message so I'm not sure what that is all about the 20% is ridiculous and not acceptable considering they lied to me you do not lie to a customer to make them spend over $more than they needed and then only offer them 20% back that's just ridiculous and unacceptable they blatantly lied to sell up a vacuum that was not different than the other one after I specifically asked that what they're offering is not acceptable

This unit was sold to me with a 5 year warranty approximately 7 months ago and have already had 1 part replaced by them. Now another part is broken that can't be fixed so they are willing to send me a complete  new unit which is all well and good but the new unit will only have a 2 year warranty so if I accept this new unit I will be loosing over 2 years of warranty. With the problems I'm already having I'm really not ok with shortening the warranty time I was originally given.

So you are saying the additional $9.75 charged to my account has 100% nothing to do with Euro Pro?  It is not a charge from a vendor for the delivery?  Because as stated by you I would receive a 100% refund.  So whether the charge is showing from Euro Pro of an affiliate I think after all I have been through with your company the least you can do is refund the additional $9.75 and use this as a guide to enhance your business instead of making possible clients unhappy.  I am sad that you did not hold up your end of the bargain.  It's not always about how good your product is that people want it. It's about the relationship that you can build from it.
