I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
I just received a phone call from Shark about shipping me the floor nozzle and they wanted to charge me shipping. I refuse to pay shipping for parts when Shark continues to send me ones that do not work. I'm not sure what the status is because she said she was going to "escalate it up".  I have no idea what that means. To recap, Shark has sent me 5 different vacuums all with the same problem (the brush roll will not engage). I do not think it is reasonable that I have to pay for shipping when they continue to send me ones that do not work. I'm not willing to put any more money into this problem. Again, I'm requesting a refund since Shark cannot send me a vacuum that works especially when they expect me to pay for shipping of items when the history is that they do not work.
