Nope- I don't have any questions. I've already contacted [redacted] and nobody has owned the situation or offered to help me past "We're sorry your unsatisfied. Pay to ship us your vacuum. If it's our fault, please wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement." Hence, the reason for my contacting the Revdex.com. I've gotten nowhere with your internal channels.

Good MorningI recieved an e mail from the company via Revdex.com and I am not satisfied, I don’t want to go through calling them again and being put on hold for excessively long waits, to be told I willhave to pay a shipping and handling fee, the help line is a dead end. the company already has my address and in order for this to be resolved in my opinionis for them to send the enclosures in the mail to my home not my email addressfree of charge because they were omitted from the packagethat is a “resolved” situationnot telling me to use the general intake line for customer service they are a joke on that arena.please don’t consider this a closed case

Your offer to replace what's already been replaced unsuccessfully and charging your customer is not acceptable. There is a flaw in your product and replacing it with another flawed product is not fixing the problem. Please provide alternative options.

This information, about the check being issued has been provided to me over the phone for more then 90 days after the parts were returned. I still don't have a check and my money. Today is the 10th of March. There is no check in my mail. How long does the mail travel around the US? 2-3 days if mailed on time? It is waist of time for me to remember every month t o follow up with t he business about the refund and it is frustrating to hear the same story about the check bing mailed. Attached is the receipt with the dates I called and information received. I need my refund in full of $39.00 with the compensation for the lost time working on receiving the money back.

The first time the order was cancelled was due to a customer service representative messing up. The second time the it was cancelled was [redacted] to a "glitch" in the Shark system. Now After all the issue I have had I am now being told I cannot use the [redacted] service that is offered on the Shark website. So this would mean I would not get the benefits using they [redacted] service and would also have to pay more due to using a credit card and not the [redacted] system. The complete mess up and disregard for the issues at hand to again to tell to order again is absurd. Regards,[redacted]

[I do not accept the business response. The business falsely advertised their product. I contacted the business about the product to confirm it's functionality and ability before using it. Shark confirmed that product does in fact clean the carpet. On September 7th I spoke to [redacted] in the consumer escalation department who agreed to refund me for purchase due to the fact the company false advertisement. Refund supposedly refunded once receipt it emailed. Shark response to Revdex.com contradict agreement and conversation with [redacted] on September 7th 2017.

Please add your rejection comments below. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of [redacted] on 2/9/15. I was given the same two options. Wait 4-6 weeks for back ordered part, which it has already been 3 weeks, and still no date available as to when part will become available. I was also told to ship product for repair, at my expense. I don't believe this is fair. My initial purchase occurred 7/2013 and this is already the SECOND unit I have been through since then. I spent $260.00 on this product. It's not like it was a $50.00 item. I don't feel I should have to spend any additional money on it. I informed [redacted] what two alternatives I had, which would alleviate this problem. First, ship the product to them in exchange for full refund. I was informed that they don't offer refunds. Only the retail location I purchased it from could offer me one and seeing that it was beyond 90 days they would not offer me one. The second alternative would be to mail me a new unit in exchange for the defective unit. I was informed that they are unable to do such a thing. I don't understand that because they did it for me with my first defective unit. The phone call with [redacted] ended up with no resolution, rather her hanging up on me. I have never experienced such poor customer service and surely will never buy nor recommend anyone else buying any of your products. purchase nor refer anyone from purchasing any of your products in the future.

In the event SharkNinja can not resolve the matter over the phone, we will offer a return of your product for repair or replacement at no charge to you. I do not have email. I have never received any written response from Shark. I have called them and I am told they will call me within 2 and 4 hours and they never do !! They will not take a check or money order to process my refund. Even though I paid for it by check. But it was purchased from a [redacted] catalogue ( The original complaint !) I will never even buy a shark product, repairs are almost non existent.
