If that's the best you can do then I will not ever buy another shark product and I have many friends and business contacts I will relay your lack of customer satisfaction and urge them not to buy your product as well. I realize it's only about $35.00 or so but it's the principle that matters to me and it should matter to you.

You are still claiming that I placed an order in 2010 for a Steam Mop. It is difficult to place an order from an address I did not reside at until 3 years after the order was placed, and furthermore, it is impossible to place an order with a credit card in which the information does not match the billing address. Why don't you people face the fact that some it in your organization screwed up? Thankfully, I found someone working for you that has some common sense, listened to my issue and deduced that I was right. My order was resubmitted by this supervisor and I have received it. I still want my name cleared from the order sent to some person in New York that I have never known. Furthermore, I want proof that this has happened.

[I really don't know what part of this you don't understand. This is the second Shark that I have purchased that does not work, and can not be fixed, (according to your customer service troubleshooter). We have not received any calls from a supervisor from your company to our phone [redacted]. We made five calls, and asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told there were none available and we would get a call. My husband has pancreatic cancer, I do not have the time nor the energy to go any further with this. I can not and will not pay anymore money to Shark. The right thing to do is to replace this vacuum. If you choose not to that is your choice. If you want this one back I have already told you I would send it back, but I am not paying to return this, and I don't think I should have to provide a box and any added expense to do this. I have more important things to worry about than this vacuum. My mistake was thinking this was a reputable company.   ]
