I have already had this response from the help desk. The option, as quoted to me, requires that I cover the expense of sending and returning the unit. I was given a further option of spending $34-35 for another unit. With the luck I have had so far, I do not regard these as reasonable options to replace something that I used once.

This product was unable to make it 1 year of minimal use. Upon further research I have found several other complaints to the company about the product having issues in less than a year. It is absurd to expect a customer to pay additional money for a product in such a short time of ownership.

[Once again I reject this reponse. I did speak to [redacted] your associated prior to the item being shipped in fact it was in picking stage. I insisted to her that she stop this process and cancel the order as previously requested. At that time [redacted] told me I would receive an Email with tracking information when the product was ready to ship. I once again refused this order. Since I did NOT receive an Email from your company either in my inbox or spam I thought that [redacted] was able to stop shipment and I was not looking for this package. I did not receive the package and I certainly did not sign for it. Additionally, the cleaner only became cheaper at [redacted] once you fraudulently removed an incorrect amount of money from my account without telling me that you were taking more than you had permission to take. Furthermore, as evidenced by your invoice you attached is proof you are not selling the item free of shipping cost as stated in you commercial. The commercial stated five easy payments of 39.95 and free shipping, if you would have honored this we would not be in the position now. If this is not settled immediately I will take this to the FTC and file a complaint for Fraud]Regards,

There is no assurance of when the part will ship. It has already been 5 months back ordered. Given the inability to honor the warranty with a part replacement in an acceptable time frame, per [redacted]'s 5 year warranty, a replacement unit will be shipped with any return freight prepaid by [redacted].

I spoke with a supervisor by the name of [redacted] on 2/9/15. Was given the same two alternatives. Informed supervisor that at this point I do not accept either. Informed supervisor that I either wanted a new unit sent to me in exchange the defective unit and wanted refund for defective unit. Was informed that they don't do refunds. Refunds occur at retail location where purchased and because it has been greater than 90 days they would not accept for refund. The supervisor refused to listen to my alternatives and eventually ended up hanging up on me. At this point I know I will never purchase nor refer purchase of any product from your business. I have never dealt with such poor customer service.
