There was not an offer of a discount. I did not talk to anyone who called my number. There was a voice mail message (only one) . I kept the message. I do not have a credit card, but can pay by check.

I did what the manager requested I do, clean the machine with a descaler up to 10X and the light WILL go off. The light did go off however game right back on when I went to brew the first cup of coffee. The machine has a flas and I am not the only one complaining about this per their [redacted] page.

They sent me the wrong part! It attaches to the cup but not the blender it has 7 prongs I need a lid with 6. I've sent a photo of the lid I need or please send me a new nutri ninja auto iq that has all the correct parts and works! Also I prefer not to have to wait another whole week to get it just to see if it works

I respectfully reject the business statement. Business statement hasn’t changed and is not addressing issue. I didn’t declined Shark offer to refund me for purchase, I rejected/disagreed with their statement due to the fact I spoke to [redacted] and she said different than what she sent Revdex.com. I would like to accept the discount offer, but cannot at this time. I do not want to be caught in any hidden agenda. The discount amount was not stated. It needs to be said what the discount is exactly. The complaint needs to solved as a whole, not broken apart. I still owe 3 payments. Will you accept my checks, or do you want to send someone to my house over the next 3 months to pick up the money? Any late charges needs to be absorbed by SharkNinja for causing delayed payment. I need complete information on where to send the checks, and to whom to write them to.
