Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My order was not received. I did receive email notification that the package had been shipped (in February) and I attempted to track the package after not receiving it a week later and the shipping company said that the tracking number did not exist. I then attempted to contact Sevenly about this, but as with all my other attempts, did not get a response.Regards,[redacted]

that we also issued a 20% refund for the delays.  According to your complaint, you only received one item in order and did not received a refund.  We take your word for the order being delivered incomplete.  As far as the refund, it's possible that this could be a direct result of an expired credit card or the transaction may be older than 60 days.
