I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be acceptable to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I did notify the business that the card I used to make my purchase 10/1/2015 was no longer active and they would need to contact me to arrange the refund on a new card number. Rather than contact me, they just sent a check, causing me to have to wait longer for my refund. I am still extremely dissatisfied with this company's customer service, but I fear that if I reject this offer I'll have to wait even longer for my refund. I'm tired of spending time and energy on this issue.Regards,

old place of residency.  At this point, we can place the order for you again (at no cost to you) and have is mailed to your new shipping address.  The only drawback is that you may experience another shipping delay as we are still getting caught up on order that were affected by our vendor issue late last year. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund for both of the orders that you didn't receive.  Since the orders are older than 60 days then we will have to send a refund check in the mail.  Through my investigation of your emails. you never stated your new mailing address.  Will you please respond to this message with your new mailing address and let us know if you prefer to have a new order placed on your behalf or if you'd like a refund check for your missing orders. Thanks so much for your patience and we'll be on the look out for your response!

Continue to wait for the order and we'll refund for the cost of shipping.Or 2. I previously filed a complaint against Sevenly with the Revdex.com regarding order number [redacted] and the issue is still unresolved. I placed an order with Sevenly on 10/25/15 and got an email saying my order would be shipped within 4 weeks. When I still had not received my order nearly 2 & a half months later and could get no response from Sevenly other than a reply to view a blog post that didn't help me 1 bit, I filed a complaint. I filed a Revdex.com complaint in early January 2016 & Sevenly responded saying they would refund the cost of my shipping ($5.99) & ship my order on 1/15/16. I still have not received my refund & my order still has not shipped. This delay is inexcusable.I want my refund for my shipping cost, and I want my order to ship NOW!!!!

Hello [redacted], Thanks for following up.  Our sincerest apologies for letting your emails slip through here at Sevenly. We take full responsibility for the issues that you've encountered and we're very sorry for the way that the problem has been handled (lack of communications, delays, etc)....

We always strive to provide excellent service but this time we've come up short and are learning from our mistakes.Over the past month, we've experienced a fulfillment issue with one of our core partners. The issue has been resolved, however, this created a backlog of orders which ultimately created a long shipping delay and a backlog of customer support tickets as well - thus our long delay on replying.We have placed your order on an expedited list which means it will ship no later than Friday, November 20th.  We will send you an email with tracking information once the package leaves our fulfillment center. We have refunded the cost of shipping because of the delay. You should be receiving a refund notification email shortly. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do in the meantime and thanks again for your support!?

Hey [redacted], I think there is some confusion.  I'll try to be more clear in explaining our resolution. First, Sevenly is going to issue a full refund for your order [redacted] due to the complications and delay.  Additionally, we will still send out the missing shirts (which you said you didn't receive).  You will receive a refund check in the mail because we were unable to issue a refund electronically.  Keep in mind that even though all orders are in production, (yet shipping at a slower rate that we anticipated) I unfortunately don't know an exact time frame for you. Again, we understand this is unacceptable, but at this very moment our hands are tied. We wish we had more answers for you. The moment we are given an update, all orders will be updated with their appropriate tracking information.To recap, you will receive a full refund via mail and our fulfillment center will send out the missing items once their ready to go.  Thanks!

We always strive to provide excellent service but this time we've come up short and are learning from our mistakes.Over the past couple of months, we've experienced a fulfillment issue with one of our core partners where printing and shipping has been put on hold. The issue is being resolved, however, this created a backlog of orders which ultimately created a long shipping delay and a backlog of customer support tickets as well - thus our long delay on replying.  Our understanding was that we were able to place orders on a expedited shipping list through an agreement with our vendor. We communicated to you that your order would be place on this list and shipped out shortly.  However, the fulfillment vendor continues to experience an issue during fulfillment which has again delayed your order.  We sincerely apologize and we know that this has all been ridiculous!  Trust us, this has not been fun and games on our end either.  :(Unfortunately, we cannot make the promise that your order will be shipped within 2 weeks before you head out for the holidays. To remedy the situation, we can offer you two solutions: 1.
