My young adult children, grandchildren and I are are very socially conscience and volunteer in our communities in a variety of ways Last Christmas my family loved the items from Sevenly but I would hate to think that I would need to wait months for the items I ordered. Plus, at this point I would need to come up with new ideas for gifts. Could I please get an estimate on shipping?

Hello,We spoke on the phone sometime ago and you asked me to email you some info. I just noticed that my email somehow got saved into my drafts folder instead of being sent out.Per our phone conversation, I have not received a refund yet. My complaint number is ***, and it has been about a year since I ordered the t-shirt from them. I did get a shipping confirmation email around a month ago I think it was, but they sent it to my old address (which I told them I was moving from via email several times). In one of my many emails with the company I included a screen shot of the chat consultation that I had with one of the Sevenly Customer Support employeesShe stated, 'We're sorry your experience with Sevenly was not up to par and we'll be shipping your order on Sevenly's behalf (at no cost to you) as a way of saying sorry for the delay.' I have attached screen shots of this conversation. So as far as their response of 'Unfortunately, we do not have a policy in which we send free product after a cancelation and refundTherefore, the order has not and will not be shipped.' I'm not certain how else to interpret 'we'll be shipping your order on Sevenly's behalf' besides that my order will still be fulfilled.
