Dear ***, Please note that you have already been fully refunded We have returned the entire cost of the order Your original order amount was $which was paid to us on December We then issued a refund for $on February That means Sevenly collected $after we gave you a refund for the inconvenience Therefore, when you requested a refund through the Revdex.com, we returned the remaining balance of $on March Original order: $112.29Refund for shipping delay: $5.99Remaining balance available refund: $106.30 If you add $+ you'll notice it comes to a grand total of $ The refund was processed in two increments I've attached two screen shots which show that you've been completely refunded Please review both those records to settle any confusion Thank you!
