I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that though I'm still incredibly irritated with the delay and find a 20% discount for over a 3-month delay Inadequate, more than anything, I WANT THE SHIRTS I ORDERED ON SEPTEMBER 18TH. I will continue to wait patiently (with weekly updates) until I get my shirts and, if Sevenly finally delivers on their end of this transaction, will consider this complaint resolved.

In my resolution, I indicated I wanted my order. I do not understand why I was not contacted by the company after attempting numerous times to speak with someone. It takes a complaint to the Revdex.com to get contact from the business, but instead of shipping my order or contacting me about fulfilling my order, I only receive an email stating the business canceled my order when first and for most, I wanted to receive my order.

However, the refund failed to successfully process which could be a result of an expired or updated credit card. To remedy the situation, Sevenly will issue a refund check in the amount of $25.99 which will be sent to the address that we have on file: [redacted]And, again, we're so sorry for this whole conundrum with shipping and for the delay. 4 weeks ago, customer support "specialist" [redacted] informed me that my order would ship on February 5th. Well, It is now February 28th and still no order... I have already emailed to ask about this over 10 business days ago about this and have gotten no response from your shoddy customer service team. This ordeal has been going on for over 4 months now. It should not take 4 months to produce a shirt. And should definitely not take 10 business days to respond to a customer who has been waiting for their order for 4 months. You people just have a shoddy business.I would like to know when my order will ship. I would like for you to not lie to me about when my order will ship... It's weird that I have to add this. I would like for my order to actually ship. Again, it's weird that I have to say this, but let's be honest, I've been waiting 4 months for your crappy t-shirt. I would like a gift certificate for my troubles.
I originally filed a complaint (complaint #[redacted]) with the Revdex.com about Sevenly Inc on 1/22/16 because I had not received a refund or even a response regarding my request for a refund for products I had purchased from the company's website on 12/4/15 and had been promptly charged for. To date I still have not received the products OR a refund. The company promptly responded to my initial Revdex.com complaint on 1/24/16 stating a refund had been processed and would take 3 business days to post to my account. While allowing time for it to post my previous complaint was closed by the Revdex.com. It was never resolved. I contacted the company again on 2/1/16 asking about the status of my refund. I still have not received a response from the company. I want a REFUND in full for the products ordered, and DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCTS I originally ordered.Desired Resolution: Refund

My complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the company, Sevenly, was closed because I had not provided a response to a message from the Revdex.com within the 7-day window. Sevenly had finally agreed to refund me my money but I was waiting to receive that refund before I responded to the Revdex.com letting them know it had been resolved. It has now been 21 days since the company contacted me via email to say I would be receiving a refund. They told me I could expect it within 7 days and it has still not arrived. I would like to reopen my complaint with the company. This issue has been ongoing since I placed the original order in November of 2015. They have only ever contacted me directly when I publicly addressed them on Twitter and after getting the Revdex.com involved. Since the complaint was closed I have emailed them twice with no response from a customer service representative. It is clear that they will not respond to me without the Revdex.com's help.
