excellent service but this time we've come up short and are learning from our mistakes.Over the past month, we've experienced a fulfillment issue with one of our core partners. The issue has been resolved, however, this created a backlog of orders which ultimately created a long shipping delay and a huge backlog of customer support tickets as well - thus our long delay on replying.With that said, we want to confirm that we just processed your cancelation and refund for order #[redacted] in the amount of $42.98. We just attempted to process your refund for your orders #[redacted] and [redacted], however, the credit card on file could not be refunded. This could be a direct result of an expired credit card or the transaction may be older than 60 days. Thus, the refund failed to successfully process. To remedy the situation, Sevenly will issue two refund checks which will be sent to the address that we have on file: [redacted]Additionally, please keep in mind that we've already refunded the cost of shipping ($5.99) on each delayed order.  Therefore, we will issue refund checks for the remaining balance of each order.  Here are the totals we will refund: [redacted] in the amount of $25.99[redacted] in the amount of $65.98And, again, we're so sorry for this whole conundrum with shipping and for the delay. It is true that my order was finally delivered, but I don't believe it would have happened without a "carpet bomb" strategy on my part on their social media. Furthermore, they list track of the replacement order due to one person being out of the office, and I had to contact them again to start the process. In the end, I received the item I paid for, but 6 months late and after great efforts.I consider this resolved.

I submitted a previous complaint requesting a refund for an order I paid for and never received. A representative claimed on March 30, 2016 that a refund check had been issued and mailed to my address, however it has still not been received as of this date. My previous claim closed due to inactivity while I waited for my refund check to arrive, but it never did. I just want my refund.I just want my refund.

Hello,We apologize a thousand times for the many, many delays that you experienced.  Our fulfillment vendor encountered a printing/shipping issue and  just became severely overloaded with orders, thus the super long delays.  Trust us, it hasn't been fun and games on our end either....
