In regards to my complaint against Sevenly, they said they were going to mail me a refund check on April 16.  It is now May 25, and they have not sent the check.   I notified them on May 2 that I had not received a check and they did not respond to me.The complaint was closed because I thought the issue had been resolved, but it has not. How can I re-open the complaint?[redacted]

My product (t-shirt) was never delivered despite the company having my correct address.  The tracking number they supplied me with was invalid and never worked, and when I complained about this, nothing was done.  I never received the product and I want a refund.Regards,[redacted]

I ordered a shirt back in October. I had originally been told it may take up to 4 weeks to receive the item due to fullfillment issues. By the end of December I had still not received the item and it was a Christmas gift. I attempted to contact the company multiple times and got general generic email messages in return. Upon contacting the Revdex.com in late Jan/early Feb, I was reimbursed the SHIPPING cost and I got an email from Sevenly stating that my item would be shipped on Feb 25th and I would receive a shipping confirmation email. I never received shipping confirmation OR my item. I attempted to call the company but once again, there was no answer.I would like my item ASAP.

Sevenly did process my order. Unfortunately they send the incorrect size for one sweatshirt and did not send them in burlap bags as promised. I ordered a small and a medium which were supposed to come in burlap "give bags" as they were to be gifts and I thought that wrapping would be unique. When the order finally arrived I received one small and one medium in clear disposable plastic bags. No burlap and a wrong size. Such a letdown.
While I appreciate Sevenly making the attempt to get it right, only one in four promised pieces of that order was what I had asked for. After such a lengthy wait I am chalking it up to a loss as Sevenly will most likely never send the burlap bags or exchange my sweatshirt size. A misprocessed order is not an acceptable way to resolve my complaint. I agree that Sevenly processed the order as a package arrived at my house. I disagree because it was missing two pieces and a third piece out of four total was the wrong size. At this point I want to walk away and never deal with Sevenly again, but I would like future customers to be warned as Sevenly is very good at taking money and very bad at delivering on their end of a customer-seller deal.

I was promised the refund once before and did not receive anything. I placed an order on 9/16/2015 with Sevenly Inc, and never received my order or a refund. I have tried to contacted them well over a dozen times to rectify the situation. Every time I contacted them I got the same automated response saying they would respond within 10 days, but they never did. I was able to speak with a representative using their live chat function (Which has now been removed from their website) the rep I spoke with apologized for the ridiculously long delay and lack of response, and she said they would refund my money immediately. That was over two weeks ago, and still no refund or response to my multiple emails. After doing a little research I have found I am far from the first, and I won't be the last to have this very same issue.Desired Outcome: As much as I wanted the item I ordered all the way back in September, I will only accept a full refund of $34.98, and an apology for such abysmal customer service.

I ordered a product that was severely delayed in shipping (many months). While I had yet to receive my shirts, and couldn't get an email response, I contacted the Revdex.com earlier in the year and the company said they would issue me a check for a full refund on April 16. I emailed back on April 18 with further questions and then again on June 6th when I still hadn't gotten a response, or a check in the mail. I also called on May 24th--nobody answered, I left a message, and nobody returned my call. In my last email I said I would open another complaint with the Revdex.com, but then issues at work and in my personal life arose so I am just getting back to my personal to do list now. Here is a copy of part of the last email I received from the company: "[redacted] (Sevenly) Apr 16, 11:02 AM Hello [redacted], Thanks for the response. We truly appreciate your patience during this long over drawn shipping issue. At this time we currently do not have a tracking number or ship date for your product. To remedy the situation, we will go ahead and process a full refund for the remaining balance on your order $20.00. However, we will still ship the item once it's readily available. After everything you've been through, it's only fair that you receive your product on the house. Sevenly will issue a refund check in the amount of $20.00 which will be sent to the address that we have on file." [redacted] listed the correct address for me, yet I have not received a check. I have not had any issues with any other mail being delivered in that timeframe. The missing check combined with the lack of communication leads me to believe they never fulfilled their promise to give me a refund. I would like the refund, because this whole purchase process has been the most outrageous, unprofessional and incompetent I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. It is the least this sham of a company could do for me.
