I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I had contacted the corporate number originally and was referred to contact my home gym to cancel.  As outlined in my complaint, the [redacted] home gym was incapable of handling my request on multiple occasions to cancel. If there was a way to cancel my membership online this issue would not have come up. Instead the customer is required to jump through hoops to cancel their membership and has to submit a Revdex.com complaint to cancel the membership. 
[redacted]I moved 400 miles away, yet I need to cancel at my home gym?Something is wrong here. Crunch is not conducting business honorably. They intentionally make it difficult to cancel.Crunch should rethink the membership cancellation process they have today and relax the anti-consumer attitude.Sincerely,

[redacted] has already been advised in order to process a refund, we require supporting documentation such as proof of cancellation from [redacted] which to date [redacted] has not provided. If in fact Crunch is at fault, we will make every effort to resolve this matter. At this time, the requested documentation must be provided. As discussed, you received a medical hold for 6 months which expired in September. Per our conversation, you advised you didn't reach out until "November" deeming the charges on your account as valid. Your note is NOT from an M.D. but instead from a Chiroporactor which we do not honor. Please speak with your family doctor and have him connect with your chiropractor.
Your refund has been denied at this time until the proper paperwork is received.

I have yet to be provided any information on WHY I was receiving the constant harassing emails or WHY member services 17 informed me I had a balance of $134.  The fact I was told such information in the first place is troubling to me and I do not feel that concern has been adequately addressed at all.  Surely there is some reason I was told I had a balance of $134 and I want someone to explain why that is the case.  I made numerous attempts to be provided the account information that such money was owed for but was merely informed "go to the local branch they are the ones with the charges", but my local gym said I owed nothing.When I asked online about the potential of someone else using my information I was simply informed "Sorry, we can't look up an account by anything other than account number".  I do not believe my identity has been adequately protected and want confirmation from Crunch gym that I am not going to be surprised with any new bills as a result of this "resolution". Are there any other accounts tied to my email address? I do not feel that is a difficult question to answer but I've been asking for 2 months essentially and have just been shrugged off.

Thank you for your take on our conversation and I can advise I do clearly recall the convesation. To bring you back to the moment of our conversation, you mentioned you wanted to cancel and you were redirected to the location of your membership to cancel in person since I do not cancel any member's membership unless the member warrants a Corporate Termination due to behaviors displayed against us by the member as noted in the agreement therefore, your cancellation would need to be managed by the club with a copy of your cancellation provided to you for your records. You advised you would go to the location! Instead of canceling, your location did advise you signed up for more time in the location.
At this time, there are no grounds for a refund based on your signed agreement with Crunch and based on this fee being charged to you each year on your membership as noted in your agreement. 
My apologies for your misunderstanding however, I'm happy to review your agreement terms with you so you have a better understanding and can ask questions where you're not clear.

This matter has been investigated and reports confirm the opposite of what's being reported here to the Revdex.com. We understand profanity was used and life threats and were made against our staff which are being investigated and have documented.

retaliated and has been misrepresenting our brand to our patrons which we are looking we will handle separately and I thank you for apprising me of this information during our call.
At this time, no client of this former trainer will receive a refund as the arranged services were agreed to by both member and Crunch via signed legal document as resignation does not warrant a refund.  Crunch will continue to uphold the agreement in place between member and Crunch as the services are in fact available.
Again, we thank you for your concern and will continue to provide the services you agreed to with Crunch as a refund is not warranted for this situation.

being charged for dues as well as a 14-day notice prior to the date of the charge for our Annual Maintenance Fee. These terms were not met therefore releasing Crunch from any wrong doing.
Although we understand you haven't utilized the facility, in the agreement you agreed we will not consider non-use of our facilities. If you are interested in using a month or two of gym time, we're more than happy to make that happen for you at no charge to you.
A refund is not due here based on this information and cancellation date of 9/**/2016.

I don't believe a conglomerate such as  crunch should be entitled to keep my monies for services I have an can never utilize.  I made several attempts to terminate service.  I didn't have the ability to cancel via mail.

[redacted] as the directions to manage your account were in your possession since the date of purchase therefore, this isn't fraud at all. If you have misplaced your agreement and would like a copy along with your signature authorizing your membership, please contact your club and speak with a representative who will assist you.  To date, there isn't a cancellation on file but I have canceled your account to avoid further billing.
