Good Afternoon,Crunch [redacted] is refunding the member of $1,375 and it has been processed. We apologize for the inconveinence.

 It is my understanding only the issue of [redacted]'s account being wrongfully opened and billed to my credit card was handled.    Last information I received from the location in [redacted] regarding the account for Laura that was not close proply was..   "Pay us $20.00 to re instate your account with us.  We tell the 3rd party collection agency you took are of the balance due of 98 for the account that was not closed then after a month you can close your account or pay the 9.99 monthly fee".  Which I tell you sound pretty FISHY to me..      In addition, as of last Friday I had not received the refund check for the fraudulent charges to my credit card for the [redacted] account.  I can't say this is resolved yet.

We apologize for your frustrations however, we are not at fault. We are completely transparent with our policies and provide our members with their agreements which has valuable information. I'm sorry you feel you weren't told about the cancellation process when you requested, but you were in receipt of the information from Point of Sale which I attached here along with your signature which you authorized receipt of our Terms and Conditions not limited to cancellation.

Good evening [redacted], Thank you for reaching out and apologize for your frustrations as it is never our intent to do so. Per your note, you state you were not provided with the information to cancel your membership however, I beg to differ as your membership was purchased in-person on 3/**/2015...

with all information on the ways to cancel including policy noted in your agreement. There is also a cancellation hotline number which is toll-free and noted within the agreement as well. On 7/**/15 you received a call from our billing department for your account which was already delinquent and per the recorded call you mentioned you attempted to cancel in a Corporate location but your membership is not a Corporate membership which is why your cancellation would not be accepted there and would not be valid. Unfortunately, at this time I must dismiss your claim as you were in receipt of the necessary information related to your membership account. If you did not follow the terms of your agreement, the charges on your account are justified. Best, [redacted]Member Services Manager
