Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have yet to be provided any information on WHY I was receiving the constant harassing emails or WHY member services informed me I had a balance of $ The fact I was told such information in the first place is troubling to me and I do not feel that concern has been adequately addressed at all Surely there is some reason I was told I had a balance of $and I want someone to explain why that is the case I made numerous attempts to be provided the account information that such money was owed for but was merely informed "go to the local branch they are the ones with the charges", but my local gym said I owed nothing.When I asked online about the potential of someone else using my information I was simply informed "Sorry, we can't look up an account by anything other than account number" I do not believe my identity has been adequately protected and want confirmation from Crunch gym that I am not going to be surprised with any new bills as a result of this "resolution"Are there any other accounts tied to my email address? sorry to learn of your frustrations however, it was never an intention of ours to do soWould you kindly forward me the confirmation email from our call center (***) when you called to cancel for MarchThis is the only “phone-in” venue available to cancel memberships since we record the members request

extremely DIFFUCULT my behind National City never tried to speak with me beyond OFFERING to let me PAY "them" $to keep the account open and Ryan would make the collection charge go away HE did however with my pushing take care of the *** account that was ILLEGALLY billed to my credit card This women called me leaving messaged I emailed and her response was RUDE to start with with and HER EXCUSE was for me to explain the situation Which is EXPLAINED here in detail, in the emails I sent to the "BILLING:" department and HER, and to RYAN at national city times CUSTOMER SERVICE is a listening/hearing and comprehension skill which obviously no one at CRUNCH has HOW many times must I explain in person and WRITE it down for them? Basically HARASS me until I give in and go away???? This is her excuse not to have to work.... I emailed her back that daybut HAVE a JOB and hr time difference 1) IN AUG 2015, I went INTO Crunch National City talking to the assistnat there (CHris I believe) about lowering my account to a plan and opening one for *** * Chris stated I need my CC to show him in order to open *** * account I appreciated that 2) SAME days in August 2015, I called told Chris I did NOT want the account and please close the *** * account "I will take care of it". 3) I start getting collections NOTICES in email to pay on my account A account that is closed since Aug and CLEARLY NEVER once used since that day Also, *** * has collections notices.4) Went to National City, Ryan showed me the signed paperwork for *** * It has my *** card on file written on itHowever *** * is not a blond female named laura or authorized on the account YOU OBVISIOULY agree it was a HUGE ERROR because I got refund check and everything was remove for *** * AT that time Ryan stated for the *** * account I could pay "and to keep the account and he would clear up the collection fees" Which I can't believe is any more LEGAL then using my CREDIT card to open an account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION If Crunch can't understand why I fill RIPPED off they have a serious issue with comprehension

I am not seeking a refund on my annual membership fee, I am seeking a refund for the month after I cancelled where I was charged againAs noted if you take the time to carefully read what was said earlier, when noticing the annual fee, I called corporate offices and asked to cancel my membership, and after speaking with the lady who answered my call, she assured me that she would cancel my membershipThen I see where I was charged for another month a couple weeks after said phone conversationWhen I called crunch for the second time, they told me the lady I spoke with previously had put no indication in my file that my membership was cancelledI get that your employees don't bother to thoroughly explain the outlaying fees because they just want to sign someone up, and that is my fault for believing themBut is it my fault now, that they lady I spoke with blatantly lied to me just to get me off the phone and didn't bother to cancel my membership at all, which costed me $for nothing? I don't think so
