[redacted], In your email to me just a few minutes ago you sent the following, "I do not understand why [redacted]’s books and records have anything to do with Crunch’s books and records." Well to simply explain your question yet again, we need to see that you have in fact canceled the membership with [redacted]. It appears you did not and therefore the membership continued and upon checking your bank statement 19 months later, you realized it had continued as perhaps you did not think the membership would be assumed under Crunch. To prove the account was in fact canceled, we will need actual proof not just an email detailing you had canceled your membership. We need the tangible! This is no different than making a purchase from the store and wishing to obtain a refund for an item without a receipt. - A receipt is necessary to obtain a refund.Please provide the necessary and requested paperwork. the call and can confirm you were provided with transparent information regarding your freeze and activation. These same notes are on your account with the confirmation sent to your email address which advises in writing your membership will resume after the frozen period. See below or attached.
There aren't any notes or recorded calls to support your calls to discuss this matter either or support a cancellation after 3/**/2015.
To avoid any further calls from our billing department for the arrears on your account (December), I went ahead and waived that for you. Based on usage on your account for the months of August and November, a refund is not due here unless there is cancellation paperwork available you can provide me.

Thank you for contacting us today and as per our discussion your account will be frozen from 04/**/2015 to 05/**/2015. Instead of your regular monthly dues you will be assessed a freeze fee of only $10 per each month that the account is frozen. Regular billing and active membership status will resume at the end of the freeze period. If you are returning to the gym earlier than planned please notify us so we may remove the freeze and allow access.

Good Morning,The club looked through the member notes and call records, we have no record of her ever coming into the club to request a cancel or having mailed a cancellation notice.  We are happy to cancel her account even though no notice was given but she will be responsible for the charges...

previously accrued.  She did a chargeback on her account - so with that added on , she owes $93.45 on her account.   She has been cancelled as of 1/**/17.  Attached is a screenshot of her member cancelled status.  She hasn't checked into the club since April of last year but the first notes we have on her account are 12/** saying she called into cancel.  We informed her on that call that she has to come into the club or mail a cancel notice and we can't cancel memberships via the phone. Since then no correspondence until the  Revdex.com complaint.   Thank you

Attached: indication that the intent to cancel the membership was delivered by Certified Mail at 10:43 6/**/2016, which is within the time frame. This is contrary to what Jasmine V[redacted] alleges.She also states I never emailed [redacted]You will find attached 2 screenshots of emails to that very address.There is also a screenshot of phone calls I made to their customer service line (however I do concede this number may have been incorrect, a mistake on my part.) Thomas M[redacted] indicated that he has confirmed my intent to cancel and that I should expect a refund within 7-10 days.If this is the case, I will be happy to let this matter go, but for the time being, I expect correspondence that reflects the truth and the fact that I have followed the necessary steps to resolve this matter.

I think you are having an issue remembering, maybe you couldn't think clearly because of the attitude I received on the phone. But I assure you during our phone call, you'r response to me saying I would like to cancel my membership, was "sure, is there anything else I can help you with? THAT WAS YOUR EXACT WORDS. But of course since you lied to me once on the phone you have no hesitation to do so again. I cannot believe such a company would have such an awful team working for them. I have never felt with any company so grimy in my life, not even an insurance company for christ' sake. I can clearly see why you guys don't even have a decent rating with Revdex.com, and its obvious as well that you all, as a company, don't seem to care too much. You will just lie your way out of any situation.
