I'm sorry to learn of your experience and apologize for your frustrations
I've read your complaint and reviewed your account as well as your agreementAccording to the letter received by the club GM, the
letter is dated 1/**/which means you privided us with your request (10) days before the next billing cycle of 2/**/which means you will receive a refund of only $(February through April) and apologize if your request wasn't processed
As for canceling prior to the date of the letter, please send me the proof of cancellation (per your agreement) which is a certified letter to me here in our Corporate officesI also have control of the dashboard associated to the number in the agreement which was fully functional until April ** and welcome you to also send over proof of that call along with the date, time and length of the callMy email is*** which is also noted in your agreement and I do not have an email from you here
I'll go ahead and process your refund for February through Apeil at $which you will see in approximately 3-days

Member reached out to club manager on 8/**/requesting to lower his plan which member was advised in order to do so, member would have a new agreement installed which includes annual fees which he does not currently have on his accountManager reached out requesting if it would be possible to
lower the dues so member isn't affected by the annual fee which was done same dayWe have accommodated the member so he can keep the membership without any annual fees

Based on the dispute here and your contact with us, you didn't recognize the Annual Maintenance Fee on your account which was explained to you in great detailTo our
understanding your were not made aware of this fee and was advised the fee is noted on the first page of your contact and on the Topaz device screen upon electronically signing your agreementYour agreement shows a signature which is requested upon you selecting "Yes" to have received our terms and conditionsFurthermore, this fee is not new to you as you have been a member since June *, and you were charged the Annual Maintenance Fee in as well
Crunch is completely transparent and relies on the shared responsiblity of its patrons to review the documents upon purchasing the membership to be sure this information is accurate and address any question the member will haveThese terms are also located online on our main screen towards the very bottom of *** These terms were also reintroduced when you downgraded your membership from a Peak membership to a Base membership just month later
This fee is non-refundable based on this information

Dharan Kadiyala who appears on the membership as Kadiyala None w/o an email to contact, was contacted on 3/**/as well as on 4/*/2016, 4/*/2016, 4/**/On 3/**, *** *** did not answer nor could the agent leave a messageOn 4/*, our call center supervisor called
*** *** who was advised of the past due for March and he refsed to pay and hung up on the agentOn 4/*, the agent could not leave a message on *** *** voicemailOn 4/**, member identified himself and when asked to verify his account information such as D.O.Band address, member hung up the phone on the agentOn 6/*, member states on a recorded call he advised us to cancel his membership which per the call on 4/*, he refused to pay and hung upLetters have also been mailed to the address provide by *** *** without a response received here in Corporate
All members are provided with the terms and conditions of their memberships which detail the "How To's" on canceling the membershipWe would like the member to provide us with his cancellation confirmation in order to proceed
Unfortunately, member was contacted by myself this evening which the member would not want to listen and kept repeating the same words prior to hanging up the phone on me same as with our agents
