*** ***when I place the claim in may, my payments were currentNo one came to assist the claim that I filed in mayAfter two months of continuously speaking with different supervisors no one resolved the matterSo of course I allowed my payments to lapse, there was no need of continuing to pay for service if I was not getting what I was paying for

I am rejecting this response because: they just spoke with me once and said they would refund me the moneyBut when I asked them to repair or replace my washer they said it's an old machine and we don't know what would be coveredI called a technicians and got it inspected and it a mechanical problem which is covered under my contractBut they decided to refund me because they would have to replace the washer with a new oneI had to pay to the technician for inspection even after having a warranty with this thief companyThey just want you money and when it comes to delivering what they promised, they back offAll I wanted is to get the washer fixed under warranty which I bought from them and they couldn't do it as promisedMy lawyer will also call them for the phone conversation recordings and will sue this company real badI request the BBC to take action against this thief company.

TThey could not find a repairman that would work for them on washerAfter weeks without they issued a small partial payment to compensate me months afterwardsThe dryer quit months agoAfter I field complaint they assigned a repairman manThey do not respond ,they do not fix issues in timely manner They will not return callsI do not feel I should have to pay for poor slow and no serviceThey took my money upfront and first problem refused to refundStill not provided service and now acting like they are on here to look betterIt should not take weeks of calling and having to file complaint to get help for something I paid forI want a refund

A technician is being sent to the customer for their claim

The customer placed a claim for a refrigerator , the issue with the fridge was the sealed system.As part of the terms section those parts are not covered.The customer requested to cancel and we have already waived the cancellation fee for the customerWe have gone above the policy terms for
the customer

I am rejecting this response because:
They said they had exclusive right to the service technician ( sec7) so why did I have to find a technician to do my workI will not be using their services at all and want my full refund back. They should pay reciprocal companies in a timely matter and they would continue to do business with them. If they company would have come to my home to repair the work they would have only received $from me but they wanted me to find my own so they bill would be my responsibility instead of theirs (SHW). These price adjustments shouldn't be the 10th item you talk about especially in the 7th item you speak on who has the rights concerning the service technicianTherefore before I even got to the limited amount I would have had to pay when I lost a month before my warranty went into effect after holding my monies with NO service this SHOULD NOT be acceptable. This is a rip-offIt all state about peace of mind and that you will be provided with a repair professional you can trust and that was an assuranceStop missing leading the public because this is on the Quote sheetNothing stating about limited time and limited amounts your company would paySo I would like my FULL REFUND and BYE- BYE

The customer was already informed that their A/C claim was denied as leaks and freon were not coveredThe customer requested to cancel the warranty not long after that at which time we proceeded with cancelling their contractThe customers contract has already been cancelled as previously informedNo additional funds are due at this time

The first time the customer contacted our office and requested cancellation was June not May as they are statingIn addition a technician was assigned for their washer claim and per their contract they must pay the technician $to diagnose the issuePer the diagnosis received the customers claim was deniedIn order to review claims we must receive a diagnosis which was provided by the technician dispatched for the customers claimThe customers refund check #*** has already been mailed outNo additional funds are due at this time
