I am rejecting this response because:I had two claims with my home warranty months before I cancelled policies. They told to pay for it and send them
receipt to get reimbursedBut they never reimbursed meDue to their bad services I decided to cancel policiesNow they said since I cancelled the policies so they would not reimburse me. But when I had those claims I still have active policies After I cancelled the policies, they calculated my rate as full rate, that's why I only get so little back even though I only used for couple months. The breakdown never mentioned my reimbursementsWhen I called them and was told because I cancelled the policies they won't reimburse me even the claims were made during the active term
This company deserve a class Law suit

Select Home Warranty has been in contact with the customer since they paced the complaint and we have approved them for 150.00, the customer will receive a release form by 1/19/
The customer was informed that in order to proceed with their claim we require years maintenance recordsPlease submit so that we may review your claim and advise accordingly

When Mr*** spoke with the customer they were offered to obtain a 2nd opinion if they did not agree with the diagnosis of our technicianThe customer refused to obtain a second opinion and requested to cancel her contractThe customer has been informed that they were not eligible for a full refund and will be getting a pro-rated refundFull refunds are provided within the first days of their contract and since it has been months the customer is only eligible for a pro-rated refundCustomers refund has been processed and a check will be mailed out shortly
I am rejecting this response because: I feel that this company rips off cOnsumers will not hold up there end of the bargain All they do is tell you your screwed take your money and don't cover anything I am in contact with others and we have found an attorney to file class action lawsuit I cannot believe the government allows companies to operate like this hopefully the judge will award damages and shut these theifs down for good
The customer does not have coverage for what he is making a claim for The policy covers ac and any additional ac's are an an on. The customer did not purchase coverage for thatThe policy does not cover maintenance eitherthese things are clear in the policyplease see section of

I am rejecting this response because: Select Home Warranty contiously showed poor customer service, left me to do the leg work for over a month coniuosly emailing and calling to get the issues I was having with Select worked outSelect showed no urgency with getting my appliance repairedThe contract states it will cover the applaince to get it back to full functionality(6.1) and later reversees the statement to only applainces after days (10.1)I was advised by Select home warranty sales not to use warranty before days and knew nothing in regards to a day capI have had different warranty companies and have never heard of a day cap??? Select never returned my calls as they wrote stating they would call me to work the issues out*** emailed all doucmentation to Select times in a month period and select continued to email me saying they had no documentation and did nothing further like contacting *** temselvesMeanwhile, while my family goes without a refrigerator to this daySelect Home Warranty has showed little interest in taking care of its customers and I am asking for a full refund so I can find a Warranty business which actually cares for its customers well being and satisfactionIt apeears Select Warranty has a history of Poor Customer Service and MisconceptionPlease give me my full refund as I requested

I purchased the warranty to cover the heating system I was informed it was covered The contract was not sent to me to review either before or after In fact, I was not sent th esmall print details until after having an issue in October with another service request

complaints or situations that may arise again. I refuse to sign the letter as I have had nothing but issues with this company since I signed on. I want full compensation back of my warranty payment

I am rejecting this response because:Select Home Warranty provided me NO SERVICE and instead frustrated me and cost me money over months I expect a FULL REFUND ($449.95) and an apology! I only got $back!

The customer was contacted by Select Home Warranty and we advised them that the technician was contacted.The technician stated that he did pick up the part and advised the customer to pick it up and pay upfront The technician stated to Select Home Warranty that the customer did not want to do that.The part was mailed to the customer and he stated he could not find the tracking number.Select Home Warranty has advised the customer that they will have to file a police report, if the part has not been returned and that he will have to send the police report to the manufacturer to reinstate the part availability.The customer has already placed a complaint through the licensing board on the technician
Select Home Warranty requested for a receipt for the work that was done on the garbage disposal, the customer refused to provide one as they stated it was not fixed.We just wanted to have it on record as there was a dispute with the original technician.We have already processed the refund and the customer will receive an additional refund of on 1/27/
The business can refund the full purchase price to the original purchaser
of the "warranty" rather than us if need be. Since they were unwilling to pay for a service that should have been covered under their section 6.1.1, they are in breach of the contract. Someone should get their money back
Select Home Warranty does not have multi-year plans, weactually offer discounted per year pricing.The customer purchases the first year at a discounted price,we then add the additional years, per year and discount each additionalyear. The customer finished one term fora year, then the policy
resets every additional year. The difference is the customer is notrenewing each additional year at a higher price, but, the caps do rest eachyear, as it would on a yearly renewal.The customer is starting another years and their caps havereset as well as the day terms, I hope this has cleared up the issue, andthe customer has been offered the which is almost half the cost of theactual issue
