Select Home Warranty advised the customer that we request maintenance records and pictures, the customer has yet to provide it, once we receive the requested paperwork, we can move forward with the claim

I am rejecting this response because: Although, that is completely defeating the purpose of retaining an insurance company in the first place, I will not argue with the small print that was not up frontHowever, we still need to address the fact that I have not been reimbursed for the mentioned trip fee and the trip fee from last weekcost each time for My select contracted rate is 60.00/visit for on visitsI can not find any contractual language where I am to be denied this moneyI will not close this matter until I receive the owed 60.00/ for service trips.
