Select Home Warranty did speak with the customer on 2/24/and advised that the check would be mailed the same day An email was sent tot he customer stating that Check # *** for 150.00has been mailed and to allow -business days to receive We do assure the customer the payment
has been sent is on the way to them.Select Home Warranty does acknowledge the fact that the check has been delayed in being sent to the customer and we do apologize for not resolving this matter sooner

The customer will be contacted shortly by a technician for an appointment so that a formal diagnosis can be obtained to make a final determination on the customers dishwasher claim

Select Home Warranty has been in contact with the customer and verified the mailing address, the check will be mailed on 09/17/

Please allow -business days to receive in the mail, check #*** has been mailed

We did speak with the customer, we will be paying for the parts on the repair

The $authorization was provided to the technician not to the customer for reimbursementIf you had paid the technician the $towards the claim please submit proof of payment to [email protected] so that I may review and advise accordingly

Yes they always come up with some reason not to pay anything.Whatever reason they are giving is not true

It seems that we paid $for years of service and on August 24th sent an email telling Select Home Warranty to stop service, please send me a refund of years and months which relates to
divided by months which equal $per month, so if you take months x $equals $refundSelect Home Warranty sent me a refund of $which is a far cry from $ 839.48.I guess if you can get me a little more money it would be appreciated.Thanking you in advance,

Per the diagnosis received from the technician the customers water heater was leakingPer the customers warranty contract leaks are not coveredThe customer was however approved $as a courtesy towards their claimThat is the maximum allowance we can provide to this customer as their claim has
initially been denied

I never mentioned the cancellation of warranty I simply wanted information on our policy and to inform new customers that if you purchase a new home and do not have records to support claims then they will not help you. I also wanted more of the money that I spent on the repair back instead of the I am due
