The customer placed an ac claim and was approved fr the policy limit for the claimWe will waive the cancellation fee and process a full refund for the customer
The customer was refunded on 12/22/in the amount of and the cusotmer has three dispute cases open, we do not owe the customer anything else at this time
Select Home Warranty mailed the check to the customer on 08/04/and the customer has been in receipt of the check, they also spoke with us on the breakdown of the refund process

I am rejecting this response because: I have been their customer from and all of the maintenance of all the covered items have been done by Select Home Warranty sent out techniciansAnd Those technicians report back to them with pictures and detailed explanation what have been doneWe didn't kept any records since they have all the report from the companies they usedSecond the property is a rental property and we keep only records that have warranty so if the is any issues to show the record that the maintenance comes with warrantySo now when there is a need for the warranty company to discharge their duty fixing the AC unit they ask maintenance record that they already have to disqualify me from getting the coverageIts not the first time I have used warranty but they are refusing to repair the unit using this lame reasonIts going cost me more than $to fix the unit; do you think its fair to just to say here $and no more? I am rejecting this response because:The control panel on the dish washer needs to be replaced and or the dishwasher has to be replaced since it is covered under the terms and I cannot accept the $that was
offered which is of no where I can make the dishwasher work

Please refer to section of the customers contract: Water HeaterThis Agreement covers all modules, components and parts of the water heater necessary to the functionality of the water heaterThis Agreement does NOT cover solar or tankless water heating systems or the components
thereofThis Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the water heating system: (i) flues; (ii) drain piping; (iii) pressure reducing valve; (iv) leaks(v)pumps Leaks are not covered with respects to water heater claims, therefore the customers claim has been deniedNo additional funds are due at this time
We did speak with the customer, they do wish to cancel the policyWe will waive any cancellation fees on the refund
We did reach out to the customer to assist with the checkWe have not heard backWe also have stopped the first check and resent another

Select Home Warranty would like to apologize to the customer regarding their refund and will have it processed and refunded back to the customers credit card within the next -business days
The cusotmer is not entitled to a full refund as we were more than willing to cover the claim, we will contact the cusotmer to work out a resolution
The customers contract was cancelled per section of their warrantyBelow is a breakdown of their refund:Charged Months @ $per Month = $125.00; Add Cancellation Fee of $= $; Also Less Claims Paid/Owed of $; Subtracted from original payment of $399.99; Totals a Refund
of $160.00.The customers refund check #*** was mailed out on 9/28/The customer advised us that they did not receive the check and a stop payment has been issuedThe replacement check will be going out this week and will be mailed to the address the customer providedThe customer will not be reimbursed for their cancellation feeNo additional funds due at this time

Select Home Warranty called me about weeks ago and apologized - said they would reimburse me in full. Still no reimbursement
however. If they do reimburse me, I will be satisfied and will advise you to close my claim

Select Home Warranty did inform customer that we would notbe able to move forward with the claim for the well pump as we cover thecomponents of the well pump. The causeof failure as stated by the technician, the piping to the pump also has holesin it causing the air in the lines, the air in
the lines is the low waterpressure inside as well.We do acknowledge the whole system needed to be replaced,and that the main cause was the air in the pipes the required the pipes to bereplacesWe do cover the well pump and all of its components, not the fullsystem. The main repair is the actualsystem due to the air in the lines.Select Home Warranty will not be able to move forward withthe claim as the replacement does not fall within the guidelines of what iscovered in regards to the Well Pump.We have reviewed all the information the customer hasprovided, please see attached invoice and email from *** *** *** ***

I have called the company times over the last weeks they tell me they will call me
back with ab answer in days but no one callsThis isn't complicated I want a prorated refund on my home warranty policy per our contact and verbal agreement They are trying to drag their feet on this issue so you and I will forget about it.this is how they make money...in my world it is called stealing, in their world it is what select home warranty does to make money!
