Samsung has reviewed Mrs***’ complaint in regards to her washer Our system shows a refund request in the amount of $599.20; reference Txt# [redacted] was submitted for the unit On 10/09/17, Refund/Compensation payment method website link e-mail requesting Mrs***’ preferred payment method as well as a Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent to her email on file with the acceptance document attached, along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund Mrs***’ refund/compensation payment method has been received and the refund is now in the final stages of approval Once approved, Mrs [redacted] will receive a Refund Payment Requested e-mail informing her that the refund is being processed for payment as well as a Refund Payment Processing e-mail informing her that the refund is being processed to be issued When the check has been issued, Mrs [redacted] will receive a Refund Check Issued e-mail informing her that the check has been issued for payment Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Like everything else about their company this was a twist of the truthThey offered to REVIEW my claim and all information HAD BEEN sent previouslyThey are more interested in maintaining some form of convoluted replacement system that makes it virtually impossible to receive parts that should have been sent with the original orderThis entire experience has made it impossible to do business with any corporation that cares so little for customer satisfaction that they put their procedural process over ensuring product will be enjoyed and can be usedAll of this over one dollars worth of plastic As they have no intention, and never did, of doing what is right have no choice but to reject their attempt to hide the fact that they offer no customer service merely double talk and their only desire is to make sure they do not part with anything after the sale Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a completely invalid responseI got a phone call from the office of the president and after taking minutes to explain how the handle broke off and caused damage to my refrigerator, she simply said they weren't going to do anythingJust to let everyone know, the inside door shelves of my refrigerator are also beginning to crack and break nowSamsung offered no resolution or assistance to my problem at allA broken handle is hardly what I would call cosmetic damageI will be sure to let everyone know the quality of product Samsung is producing and this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had Regards, Barlow ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already sent the device in to Samsung twice for replacementBoth times the device was returned un-repaired and not replacedAt this point, I have no reason to believe that Samsung will ever honor their promise to replace the device and that they are simply trying to stave off a valid warranty claimSince filing my complaint through the Revdex.com, I have continued to contact Samsung in an attempt to resolve this issueIn the phone calls that I have made to Samsung since this complaint was filed, I have sat on hold for approxhours and been transferred to different peopleThe conversation I had Wednesday evening (9/28) where I was told that an advance exchange (sending a replacement with me returning the damaged device upon receipt) was approved and that I was to receive a follcall from the "back office" within 1-business daysIt is now Friday (9/30) and I have yet to receive a call from the "back office" as promisedThis will be the 4th or 5th time that I have been promised a return call from Samsung and the commitment went unfulfilledAll of these reasons are why I do not have faith that Samsung will honor their commitment this time Until Samsung honors their commitments in full, I consider my complaint valid and unresolved Regards, [redacted]
