Upon further review of Ms [redacted] claim, our system shows that the agent handling the claim has been trying to obtain the BOS (Bill of sale) from her but she is refusing to email it directly to the agent in order to be assisted further Ms [redacted] also mentioned in her rebuttal that she uploaded the same information the agent is requesting on the Revdex.com but nothing is attached on her original complaint or the rebuttal response Ms [redacted] is maintaining that all information/paperwork has already been submitted for her claim The agent will check Ms [redacted] previous file history to see if the BOS has been attached However, if the agent is not able to pull up any information, Ms [redacted] will need to provide them (unfortunately again) in order to proceed with the claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There are numerous complaints about the same issue I did not cause the damage and it is not considered physical damage I attached the pictures to show you that the top layer of the screen does not have an impacts to show I did not drop this phone This is a manufacturer defect and if you read about the different forums in reference to the Samsung Galaxy SActive about people complaining about the same issue There is even a complaint petition on [redacted] I am rejecting their response and they are responsible for sending me a replacement phone Regards, [redacted] ***
