Upon further review of Mr [redacted] complaint, he was previously advised that the presence of liquid was discovered during the evaluation of the device and the PBA components had been damaged to the point the device was deemed as BER (beyond economical repair) due to the liquid damage In reference to Mr [redacted] claim of the possibility that the device was damaged in transit to the repair facility, he was also advised that during UPS shipping, packages are not exposed to the elements as they are unloaded and reloaded on a dock When the package arrived at our repair facility, it arrived in good condition and with no indication of water damage Samsung’s stance remains the same and the previous resolution provided to Mr [redacted] has not changed Samsung will not be able to provide assistance due to the device being deemed as BER due to liquid damageThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I am rejecting this response because: I sent samsung a receipt for my stove, as requested I sent it to the address that was attached to the E-mail they sent me, it was returned in the mail for unsufficient addressTried callling samsung, but have no response as yet
Samsung tries to accommodate our consumers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review In Mr***’s case, a phone that has been rooted/jail broken “custom” means unofficial software was downloaded on the phone As previously stated, this voids the warranty because Samsung does not know what affects attempting to repair the phone may cause which could have potentially cause hardware damage as well In these cases, Samsung would be declined service (OOW) and the consumer would be referred back to their carrier or the original place of purchase for service Mr***’s phone was checked by a technician on 3/18/who confirmed the device was rooted and that is the reason why it was sent back to him unrepaired Samsung’s stance remains the same; no accommodations will be made for this claimWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you
Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his Samsung.com order Our system shows Mr*** placed an order for a Galaxy S8+ 64GB (Unlocked) mobile device on 6/17/which included a Trasubmission After receiving the order, Mr*** decided to return the device but used the Trareturn label instead of the return label provided by the returns group Our records show that the device was received; reference FedEx Tracking#: [redacted] on 6/29/at the Trawarehouse however the product will not be reshipped out In light of this, Mr [redacted] has requested a refund for the orderAn E-Commerce agent informed Mr*** that a refund in the amount of $570.93; reference Refund number [redacted] has been submitted and he can expect for the funds to be credited back to the payment method used to place the order within 3-business dayWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
My samsung gear s has the cradle/watch clips broken off, which is a very common issue on the web forumsThis is common wear and tearI had the watch for monthsI sent in for repair and they charged $When I called they said left band damage was the issueThey knew nothing of the charger and watch connectorsI think this issue should have been resolved with a more reasonable price on repair, replacement with a refurb or at least accurate information about my repair

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , it took many many days without a refrigerator, and many many days with no response from the repair company to get this fixed The repair company informed me that they are overwhelmed repairing Samsung products and that is why it took them days to return my call and more days to actually come to repair the junk Also, I had to take an entire day out of work, unpaid, because service company calls you the same day of the repair to give you a window of time they would be arriving This is insane Samsung should also be paying me for hours of work that I lost because they are all incompetent and their products are pieces of total st NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT! BUYER BEWARE! If it wasn't for the Revdex.com then Samsung would still be getting away with selling Americans their crappy products They should NOT be allowed to sell their products in the USA!!! Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his television Our system shows the agent who handled his claim spoke with him on 4/06/and informed him that the due to the lines on the unit (panel/cracked screen), it was deemed physically damaged The agent emailed Mr [redacted] a picture from technician of crack on screen with white background to explain to him how it was deemed physically damaged Mr*** was unhappy with the agents’ resolution but accepted the decision Due to the physical damage to the unit, no accommodation will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you
