I am rejecting this response because: it is not correct.I dropped the product at the service center on 10/21/2015, Work Order No [redacted] At 1:pm I received the following voicemail, transcribed: "Hi, MrPat [redacted] This is whitney at the Samsung series center to replace your watch it will be $if you could please give me a call back so we can go ahead and go forward with the process or you can come and pick up your unit, and you have a great dayOkayThank you bye bye." I returned the call and told the representative I could not pick up the device until next dayand that I would not pay the repairs.10/22/I filed this complaint Afterwards, @am Central, I contacted Samsung Support via online chat They informed me the product was under warranty and sent instructions to send the device to Samsung.I then called the [redacted] service center They looked at the work order and said as of that morning the device warranty was validated They are working on the device but I have not picked it up On 10-22-at 7:pm Central, I received an email fro Samsung Online Support, citing ticket# [redacted] , stating the item was shipped, tracking# "Carry In" This is last communication I attempted to call, 9:am Central but told must call back after am [redacted]

Customer agreed to an exchange on 5-25-

Samsung has reviewed Ms [redacted] complaint again in regards to her phone Our system shows the agent who handled her complaint contacted Ms [redacted] today, 9/20/and advised that if she is experiencing issues, the only option would be service under its warranty for the device Ms [redacted] declined service and disconnected the call Regrettably other than service, no additional accommodations can be made for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
